  1. Yeah Thursdays we can't do either unfortunately. Any other day is good though and happy enough to do weekends if others are Not fussed on whichever pub we go to, would be nice with the big table if there's lots of us!
  2. Yeah Thursday is the only day which isn't good for us, any other day though we're free ðŸ‘
  3. Good night as always guys, looking forward to the pub meet

  9. That sounds crazy Oli! Can't help on the suspension as ours is okay so haven't worked on it. You can do a visual check on your aux belts and there's indicators on your tyres to check wear for the rears as well. (have a search on the forums). If you're feeling a bit hands on the brakes is a 2 minute check by taking the wheels off to have a look, at the same time having a look at the pads, again there's guides on the forums. Exhaust is a bit of a tricky one as you'll need a Jack and axle stands to get it high enough to have a look so as Apoc says take it to a garage for them to have a look if you don't know what you're looking for. Can't give any recommendations as we've managed to do all the work ourselves but can help with any pointers! When you do the rear tyres, buy them first (online is your best bet) and get an independent to fit and dispose of your old ones (only two tyres fit in the passenger side so don't do all 4!). We saved over £100 doing it this way so it does add up. There's a good place in Brackley who does 4 wheel alignment if you're willing to travel that far. Also seemed pretty knowledgable on the zeds suspension so could always ask if you wouldn't mind having a look. Just out of interest how long ago were the above done last on the car? If you still have some sort of warranty from the dealership I'd take it back and complain..
  10. Thursday is the only day we're busy during the week. All other days are good though for the next one! Hope the weather holds out for you guys, should be good.
  11. Thursday's the only day in the week we can't do I'm afraid Would be good to rotate the days though so everyone gets a chance to come anyway. If anyone's interested the Earls Barton car meet is the day before and we'll be there so pop down if you're close 1000+ cars are likely if the weather is good.
  12. Family commitments and probably taking the Audi apart for us unfortunately! Do let us know if it's any good though
  13. He's based in Furtzon, Milton Keynes. It is just around the corner from the MK dons stadium so I'm guessing he'll be able to walk there if you're joining the convoy? That's if we can't get it fixed tonight!
  14. Hey all, Oliver has now got some problems with his car unfortunately so may not be able to make it (if anyone has a good understanding of the NATS system do give me a PM!) We're off to go see what we can do when his car is back in MK but if anyone has a spare seat in their zed and is willing to pick him up tomorrow morning he'd really appreciate it! Thanks, Kayla

  16. Hey Oli, We're going to tag along with the convoy so will meet you guys on the way and give you the tickets just before we go in! Can someone give me a call when you get to the single carriageway A5 roundabout just after MK with the travelodge? That'll give us enough time to park up by the BP and join up with you guys on the A5. PM for mobile number as don't fancy it being on public forums Kayla
  17. Excuse the double post.. I have a free Japfest ticket for anyone who can't afford / hasn't bought their ticket yet. Thought I'd post it here as it'll be easier to arrange for me to give it to you as we're all quite local and i'll only get the ticket on Friday. (We're based along the A5 if you're travelling to Silverstone from MK) I'm more than happy for someone to meet us at the circuit on the day as well if it suits. This is just a standard admission ticket FYI. Obviously first to contact has dibs. Cheers, Kay
  18. We'll be there will see you guys at japfest before anyway!
  19. Hey guys, really cool to see you all, will have to do it again sometime when it is a bit warmer! Oliver: Here's the MAF sensor cleaning guide: http://my350z.com/fo...w-sensor-2.html (pic at the bottom of pg. 2) We forgot to mention, there is a car meet every month in Earls Barton (near Northampton) that is organised well and has a great turnout. It's £3 for entry and they have a variety of cars, Ferrari's GTR's, skylines etc as well as a few classics. Here's the link (no 2016 dates confirmed yet but it's usually the first Wednesday of the month starting from April): http://www.classiccarmeet.co.uk As a bonus, see if you can spot our GT4 from the photo taken last August (hint: it has it's bonnet up!)
  20. The BF and I will be up for it too, count us in
  21. They look to be used in a range of Nissan cars, mainly in the Maxima and a GTR branded version on the Skylines. Found this: www.courtesyparts.com/32865-shift-knob-manual-trans-maxima-a33b-2002-2003-35l-m/t-p-50469.html?cPath=1956_1957_2024_2042& Nissan product code from dealerships is 32865-A33B004. On a side note, if anyone has one knocking around we're in the market to buy a new gear stick similar to this or the OEM one.
  22. Finally found someone that lives relatively local! May see you around MK sometime then, my partner and I used to go every weekend and play squash at the Open Uni. Since we've got the zed though the weekends have been spent taking it apart and putting it back together again Don't suppose you know any other zed owners that live around our area? And have you heard anything from Silverstone yet?
  23. We live in a place called Towcester, literally 5 mins down the road from the track. Do try and get to most track events when finances allow! Do you live close at all?
  24. Let us know if this happens, would be more than happy to help out with stand duties as we live so close. Same goes for any event at Silverstone really
  25. To be fair it was a bit short notice! The tickets are being made use of by a friend so they haven't gone to waste The weather was lovely and even saw a couple of zeds. First time we've been but would definitely go again.
