First time at trax this year was a great day, just thought I would post this picture to show how the car is looking at the minute. ( Photo by Matt Grundy thanks =] )

I only fitted the wheels & spacers on Saturday just in time for trax. I am very happy with how they turned out, may not be to everyone's taste colour wise but I'm definetly happy.

Found some more tarmac parts I want now after seeing them on zeds at trax, and also even though I didn't think I ever would I'm thinking about the Megan racing BGW I'm actually liking the look of it good or bad haha

yeah I wasnt there that early but was still an early start for a sunday morning, think ill definetly book the next day off next year, legs are killing but like you say it was definitely worth it awesome day =]

It's actually the same exhaust it's just that I spent a few hours cleaning the tips to bring the shine back haha

Bit of an update to this as it's been a while.

Have now fitted my sidesteps and rear diffuser, thanks to Chris at tarmac sportz for his help and service.

Here's a few pics today after a wash and polish =]

Hopefully my wheels will be back on Monday from getting sprayed, have some 25mm spacers and nuts ready so just need to get 20mm and will get them on soon to =]

Hiya Im in the middle of fitting my TS diffuser from tarmac sportz and am missing instructions for steps 12-14 I have got to stage of securing base plates to bumper. But it says to attach center bracket but am missing instructions as of that point.

That's an impressive result.

 

Just one question... How many rags/clothes did you go through achieving it? lol

Not too many actually mate haha just a few good microfibres did the job =D

I bought Megs PlastX for that, probably the same thing though different label

I've used that on my headlights a few weeks ago but didn't really see much improvement. How did you find it? I'm not sure if mine is more on the inside of the lenses rather than the outside but they do annoy me with the hazy look hah

I had a great day at nationals yesterday lots of nice cars and plenty to look at, maybe even too much to look at in just one day. show seems to be getting bigger each year.

Saw plenty of zeds there too.

Amy's looked very nice inside on the stand =] but didnt get to speak to her as when I was near the car she wasnt around hah

I wouldnt know if this is better than autosol mate as I haven't used it before. But this definetly does a good job and isnt a bad price either =]

Thanks =] I did think about that but was a bit unsure whether it would mark it or not so I didn't worth knowing for next time though =]

After cleaning the car today I noticed how grubby the exhaust was looking. So I decided to actually use the metal polish I had brought a while ago for the job. It certainly wasn't a 5min job but after some good rubbing it came up fantastic. I would definetly recommend this metal polish if your thinking of getting some.

Here are some before and after photos to show the difference.

Hands are a bit sore now but well worth it I think =]

I can't afford new alloys atm and have had these Rays for a while now, so I'll make doo and hopefully still turn out decent hah
