Hi and welcome. If you start modding, it is difficult to stop. I am considering selling the house to pay for all the mods !

Hello and welcome.

I had my uprev remap done at Horsham Developments a couple of weeks back. The throttle response as really improved and the jerky acceleration in 1st gear as gone. Jezz is a real professional. Power also increased from 288bhp to 301bhp.

Hi and Welcome.

Hi,
I have done a number of track days myself. The best mod I have done so far was to change the tyres to Michelin Pilot super sport tyres, reduced my laps times by a few seconds. My previous tyres were Continental sport contact three which were poor and melted after a few laps. The next best thing is to up-grade the brakes. It means you can carry more speed into bends. The last thing to do is increase the power of your engine, no point in doing it first if the rest of your car, especially if your tyres can't handle it.

I am going to have the Uprev done this Friday at Horsham Developments. I already have Cobra HFC,s and the full Cobra system including the Y pipe, pipercross panel filter as well. Going to have a upper plenum spacer as well.
Question I wanted to ask, is it worth having the lower plenum spacer fitted as well ?
I drive a 06 rev up.

I have had a resonated cobra system and cobra HFC's from C.S.
I still love the sound, especially above 4000rpm.

Had no problems with mine. However I rarely use it in the three months I have had it.

Hi and welcome, there are some old farts on this forum like myself so don't worry.

I have done Tae-kwon-do for about eight years, until my back started to give up. I meet some of the best people I know, yes there was a few arrogant and aggressive people I knew of, but they didn't last very long or even worse if they were the instructor their pupils would leave them. Best advice do your research or watch a few classes before joining in as a few clubs I went too were not properly run and the sparring session or pad work sessions were not properly supervised leading to excessive contact or incidents.
Best of luck in doing something I loved so much.

I agree Donnington is a good track, hope you are driving with up-graded brakes as the Z needs it. My instructor as had some hairy experiences with boiling brake fluid.

All sorted and booked in now - I did reply to both Daves emails with in a couple of days
Hi Jez, yes you are right. The first email you sent was in my junk mail, why I will never know.

cheers folks, my immediate thought is a bit of feed back on the pros, cons of de-cat,sport cat, stock cats?
Hi Welcome to the forum.
All I can see about high flow cats or HFC's for short is that they my Cobra exhaust a deeper note. I have heard on this forum that some people have had problems with them on MOT's, I was told to warm the engine up before going to the MOT, so I will be doing this.

I agree with the all the statements above. I drive a lot of vans in the week. Can't wait to drive the Z on the weekend.
