I think I might have to wait until I have the new house closer to my work so the fuel costs make sense. Might just have to get a 330d or 335d for a few months then swap once I'm settled in.

I have a 4x4 2.0 tdi I can sort of steal from family. I think I'm going to have to have a sit down and see if i can take that on full time as my work horse and keep the zed for my fun car. Not sure how well that will go down. Is it bad I'm seriously considering changing job just so its closer for a zed commute?

Okay kids, I know this is a topic that comes up all the time and yes you can just google it and get a figure but I am awfully bad at these 'MPG' figures and I keep getting caught up in the difference between US and UK Gallons. I am absolutely dying for a 350z and I'm in the process of selling my Audi A3 now to buy one. I am getting around 350-400 miles per tank (£65-75 fill up) is anyone able to tell me what the 350z gets to a similar priced fill up or per tank. I have read on some pages that people are getting 400 miles to a tank for £85ish which is great but on others people getting 200 miles too a similar fill up. I was hoping that someone can clarify with a few genuine miles too a tank figures. Yes i know mpg is personal to how you drive but with a few figures hopefully we can work out a bit of an average. I'm a giant 350z fanboy but I commute 50 miles a day (around 1500 a month) and I'm terrified of investing 10k in a car only to not be able too afford to drive it. I get the costs will go up but I'm just trying to get everything financially straight before i make the leap and get myself tied down with a new motor. The missus wants me to get a 330I bmw or a 335d as both get pretty fantastic mpg and are more practical but something about the zed just calls out too me in a way a boring bmw doesn't. So please if anyone could help would be spot on.

really want a GT! currently being told that at the age of 28 and with 5 yrs NCD currently driving a 3.0Z4 that my current insurer wont insurer me on a 350z lol! Then change insurers! I'm 20 and I can insure a zed with 1 years ncb for only a bit over a grand with all the extras thrown in. Can't really kick up about that.

Yeah we've spoken its fine want to tidy up my finances before I promise anything but there's always zeds coming in and out and my budget is reasonably flexible. Next question is I'm 20 years old with 0 RWD experience and only a year driving. How long before I die? I've been riding bikes and superbikes for the last 2.5/3 years so used too blinding fast acceleration and ridiculous speeds and single RWD so know not to drive like a tool in the wet and snow and ice (commuting for 2 years all weather on a motorbike you learn a thing or two) but I'm hearing a lot of "you'll ****ing die" speech. Do I have a great deal too worry about? Is the zed a real monster for a first rwd car?

Okay, got someone coming round to buy the bike sunday and hopefully have my car going next week. Then on to the proper zed shopping! Been down too Tradelink and have a zed in mind so fingers crossed its still there once the cars gone and I can finally become a zedder :') CANNOT WAIT.

Sorted that for yer Is a proper beasty, just put it up for sale to fund the zed though. Sure will miss the like 175mph top end and ridiculous acceleration but hey theres nothing bad about having a ridiculously sexy car ay?

I went down too Tradelink yesterday and fell in love with a lovely UK Spec GT 350Z in gun metal grey. 2006 rev up model so now going through the agonising process of selling my GSXR 750 and my car so that I can buy this beasty! Also whats a good price for a UK car 350Z GT spec with factory fitted satnav, rev up engine, 85k miles, Japspeed K1 exhaust, 'sports suspension' etc.. I was quoted £8000 for the car but that seems quite high for the mileage? granted it has FSH is there anything for me too worry about or am I over thinking the mileage? I've never had a car over 30k miles before.

Dropping a friend off for work this morning and just glanced a black 350z parked up on Lurke Street Bedford next to the solicitors I think opposite Lidl or Aldi didn't catch a plate but nice to see a 350z so close to home as very rarely seen them around here.

Currently driving a boring little mk6 fiesta and a Suzuki GSXR 750 SRAD but looking to get my first zed, saving and searching as we speak but looking to learn as much as I can and hopefully find a nice one around here sometime this year.
