I still do not understand why a slipping clutch should result in needing a new flywheel as the car is only done 40,000 miles and is just 6 years old. I have been told by trading standards I would be in my rights to demand my money back or get the dealer to fix the clutch so I guess he would not want to throw in a flywheel as well. Thank's all for the info and I hope to get it done under warranty but why would I need a flywheel as well.

I have had my car for one month and found it needs a new clutch as it slips under full power.I went to my local clutch clinic who said they have to use the Nissan clutch kit which costs them £560 and with labour on top brings the cost to over £1000. :angry:

I would like to know what age range the 350Z attract's. I have the feeling I may be the oldest 350Z owner on here as I am 21 in my mind but my decrepit body is 67.It would be interesting to know who is the youngest on here as well as the oldest. I must say the 350Z make's me feel young again. I hope you will all take part in this poll even any lady members we might have on this great site.

I used to own a 2005 RX-8 then changed to a 2003 350z! Drive it every single day and never get bored of it!

I feel the same and even though I have only had it for two week's I cant wait to get up in the morning and take her on a run.

they don't look very good close up as some of the paint has come off around the wheel nuts and I will get them done as soon as I can get some money together but at the moment I am spending all my money on petrol and having some fun with my right foot.

and thank you for the friendly welcome. I did not realize there were so many Zs out there. I love my Z but was a bit worried at first as I was only getting 14mpg but I was having a lot of hard foot down fun with it, but I took a trip up to Nottingham in it last week and over the 200 + mile trip I managed to get 34mpg which I thought was very good for such a big motor.
