  1. I take on board all of the comments put on here and thank you for them. I think you are right that it would be better to wait until April/May and then as well as on here I may put it on Autotrader but in the meantime if anyone knows anyone who wants a nice 350Z

then point them in my direction and there will be a good drink in it for you

  2. I was going to wait for the summer to sell my car but need it sold now. I advertised it on 29 January and it has had 472 views but not one phone call. I paid £9000 for it last summer and spent a few pounds on it since. I did not think I was asking over top top for it. I would like to know what you good people think I should be asking for it.

  4. I went to overtake a car and had my foot down hard and the clutch pedal fell to the floor and there was a burnt coffee smell. but after about 50 seconds it went back to normal. It happened to me a few times when going to overtake hard so got almost all my money back from the dealer I bought it from.

    Regards Keith B)

  5. Had all the above fitted yesterday and it's like a different car! No more nearly smashing my knee in my face letting the clutch out, no more judder, no more sticking pedal. If your thinking of doing it, get it done, the car drives so much better for it. Before it felt hard work to drive, now it's a pleasure. Very happy man and big thanks to Pete at Demon Performace for fitting it.

How much did all that cost you if you do not mind telling.

  6. I have a 2006 Roadster and I only drive it when the sun come's out or on dry cold days so it has only done a genuine 25000 miles and last year had its first set of tyre's which replaced the original ones,it also had a new hood put on in 2014 as it got damaged while in the possession of the showroom which they replaced free of charge.

    Regards Keith B)

  7. I was surprised to find out that after I bought the car it has a Renault engine and we all know that a Renault engine will last you for?????????? :scare:

    Regards keith

Not quite try true it was used in renaults but the first one was used in a nissan people carrier in around 2000

So is it a Nissan engine used by Renaults or a Renault engine used by Nissan

    Regards Keith

  8. P.S.

Which 5" Tom Tom was it as there a a few or are case sizes the same?

It looks like a Tom Tom Start 25 to me. Or maybe I just read the thread title? :p

As Del Boy would say " I know thaat, what I meant was is it a Tom Tom 25 like what the title says"

Blush blush. My New Years resolution was to stop speed reading and make less daft mistakes. Looks like I've broken that one already. Ha ha

I have the next size down in my other car and used that in my 350Z until I bought the new TomTom 25 and that fitted in there just as well and it did not look out of place so size does not always matter Lol

    Regards keith B)

  9. So how is the sat nav unit actually fitted/held in place? What brackets are behind the unit, or is it simply wedged in or held in by witch craft?

It is the 5in TomTom and with only a tiny bit of pressure it fits in the cubbyhole as if it was made to measure and it holds very well and does not move at all. I have covered almost 100 miles so far and it has not moved at all and we have loads of potholes in Gloucestershire and yet it is very easy to remove out of the cubyhole to put in another car if you have a spare wire. It also switches on and off with the ignition.

    Regards keith
