    Thanks for that Tiger, my car is black so I'm assuming purple haze is for dark colours and banana for lighter?

     

    Dodo juice recommend purple haze or blue velvet for darker cars however as jp606 says, the supernatural is said to be very good. My zed is due a wax this month so I'll try the supernatural this time . . . . .

    Anything but the SR! Crap shape XR2 and the worst of all Golf GTIs. Add on to that the fact that Clarksons eyebrows have gone grey and need a trim ...... grim viewing!

    Hey Tigerzed - are you a Cas supporter by any chance?

     

    Cas til I die Mrs Buster! Season ticket holder and very excited fot the new season :-D

     

    I'm a union code girl myself but I have been working for a blind man for the last 4 years and he has just published a series of 12 books - all on Castleford. Check them out at www.lulu.com. His name is Dr John Davis. I typed every word and created all the tables and researched loads of stats and historic facts.

     

    I wont watch the games (bit difficult when you live on the south coast) but I will have to log every bloody move, score and statistic lol

     

    I didn't realise union travelled that far to be honest I thought it was more regionalised to the west country and midlands!

     

    I hadn't realised there was 12 books worth of anything interesting in Castleford to be honest!!

     

    You can watch league live on sky sports. The stats do sound a bit monotonous mind.

     

    I'll PM you when Cas are on live, you can see what you've been writing about then ;-)

    Thanks for the advice guys. I have bought the Dodo Juice Basics of Bling Clay Bar and Lube. Apparently the lube comes so that you have to concentrate it? Also the clay bar is a 55g. Hope that's enough to do my car lol

     

    For the polishing and waxing what do you guys reccomend? Will I be okay using a decent spray wax for the waxing or am I better off spending more on a wipe on-wax?

     

    Good choice mate that's what I use you won't be disappointed. Your car will be wet from washing before claying so I just spray the lube on.

     

    Spray on wax products are more for maintenance in my opinion. I'd go for good quality wax such as dodo juice purple haze or banana armour is what I prefer but my zed is yellow

    I watched the campain last Saturday. Very funny especially the young chubby kid wen he said he shaved the dog and put some of the hair on his nut sack!!

     

    I gave up going to the pictures some time ago as I just go to sleep. The last film I went to watch and stayed awake all the way through was fantastic 4 ...... Jessica Alba in a skin tight suit ....... 'nuff said!

     

    Can't wait for Anchorman 2 to hit the small screen :-)

    Oh dear is there history there!!!

    They are both currently serving 14 day bans for a forum dispute that got a little out of hand. :dry:

     

     

    I've heard Dblock is serving his sentence out on the "Mums to be" forum whilst WhackyWill is on "The Fiat 500" forum. *Allegedly ~ may be an exaggeration* :lol:

     

    Apparently sales of stubbys within the fiat community has rocketed!

    It seems theres a full response on tapping the nose doesn't work, neither does shouting no as they think im joining in. I'll try the isolation and waiting until they stop barking before i give a treat, see how that goes. Only issue is, their not my dogs, the partner agrees with what im trying to do, but her parents (who live in the same house) get annoyed with the barking but never actually try to stop it, they just give in to the barking straight away.

     

    When he barks for attention, ive ignored him until he stops, done that today and eventually he did give up barking, but as soon as i clapped him for a few minutes, he then barked again when i stopped. So i can see it being a long process, but i'll keep at it :)

     

    Didnt realise about the nose thing though, everytime i've ever heard about training dog, it revolves around treats and a little tap on the nose. But, it seems ive probably remembered these things from my childhood when i was probably around people who didnt know much about dogs, so no more nose tapping or tapping anywhere and ill try the above :) cheers guys

     

    Everytime her parents get annoyed ...... give them a tap on the nose ...... they'll soon learn

    That actually happened to a mate of mine. He had his 2ltr Focus Super chipped and on the drive home got busted doing 120mph odd on the motorway. :surrender::lol: Doh!

     

     

    Got an UpRev booked myself Tigerzed so will be interested to see how yours goes. ;) End of Feb though for mine so got to wait. :dry:

    I'm the same(booked in for an uprev that is, not getting caught doing120mph), will be nice to see how we all get on next month
