  1. Looks interesting.... If it stays in 1 piece
  2. sadly no, they are heavy and a pain to pack up cool, Im around this evening (working), over the weekend (at times) and most night next week (working again). PM and I we can discuss
  3. its a mount for a light...... "change gears now" F&F style
  4. Missus took an Infinity for a test drive.... car was ok, some parts of the interior were the same as the GTR. However we asked for specific prices on certain things and the salesman never came back to us. So to recap:- -overpriced -almost no customers -push those that do come in away Great business plan!!!
  5. Good see a lot of self-employee'ds.... missus has just done all this, I dont look at the final figure - since I just convert to car parts wheels I cant have, turbo I cant have......
  6. I only paid a little more for the GTR!!! Not a fan of the X, my choice would be a EVO 7/8/9
  7. You want to see what they wear when the weather warms up! need to find that car wash......... will buy spray on mud just to go back a few times a day http://youtu.be/QfVpXykZG5c I really want to click "play", but dont think I should while at work.....

  10. wheels sorted for now.... have bought a set of touring wheels and will live with those while the car is used as a daily. Will look again after that........ Now, the exhaust............
  11. Hi Grahamc.... Exhaust just put on ebay. Not mine but maybe some use to you (if your still looking). Ebay item 121304620988 good spot thanks
  12. awesome..... link? http://www.350z-uk.c...-dec-23rd-2013/ Last update Dec 23rd, didn't realise it was that long ago. But as others have said, time is a big factor for me. I've given up on setting a completion date, though I would like to at least get the shell etc painted this year. Just as an example of costs spiraling, the general quide to whether the space frame front end is ok is to shake them and see if they rattle, ie small flakes of rust inside the tubing. ( you can have them x rayed as well ) The frames themselves will look absolutely fine but are weakened by the internal rust. Do you risk such an important part of the structure of the car? Can you check them while still on the car......... no. Guess what mine rattle when removed. No problem they are only £2,500. Bonnet £6,000 You get the idea and the annoying thing is it's not like treating yourself to nice shiny bits, it's all extra money to be found from somewhere for stuff you didn't intend replacing. Hutsons and even more so Eagle, will tell you that to restore an E type properly now will cost you somewhere in the region of £100k. awesome build, some very pricey work there!! I know 911 porsches are the same.... been offered a rather decent 280z which I am giving serious thought to - only downside is LHD, but its been in the same family since 1977 no rust, no respray
  13. Same for the distance and the bumper..... what wheels are in the background?
  14. That should be relatively easy to do
