  2. Not weird for me mate, I'm pretty sure I'd do the same thing.  High emotions induce actions that sometimes surprise you but at the end of the day it may give you an emotional "closeness" that you need to feel.  Don't be surprised if you HAVE to stop because of the emotions that you will feel.  Consider telling  Jo though. Take care.

the north is anywhere where people talk funny.

which is strange because this means that somerset is also in the north.

Alternatively, drive up the M1 towing a car on a trailer. the north starts as soon as the car is nicked.

Whereas in the South they'd nick the trailer and the car. :)

I think am lucky, I love my job, went on hoilday for 10 days recently and for the first time for a long while didnt take the work laptop....by the end of day 3 I was itching to get some work done. By the end of day 10 I was bored out of my mind. As a result have cancelled another hoilday planned for later in the year, work is much more fun!!!!

If I did have the ability to take 8 weeks off I would love to learn to code properly in SAS which would make my day to day job so much more productive and less reliant on others, sad I know :).

    Bloody hell!!

I refuse to accept any comments regarding styling/looks from someone who "choose" to own a 350z convertible and ones current car looks like a sad pikachu pokemon and then to top it off decided to change its colour to that of a traffic cone :teeth:

    Harsh but fair.

Of which folks will claim there's many, I'm sure ;)

But specifically, drink driving. Ol' Wayne Rooney has allegedly been charged with it today, but it's not like he's the first person to ever have a few then get behind the wheel. It's one crime though I just can't fathom out why people do it. I mean, I just don't get the mindset at all. I have, in my 37 years on this planet, been in many states of inebriation: A bit giggly after a beer or two, a cheerful drunk after an afternoon session, barely able to speak my own name after seriously hitting it, and hospitalised because I'm so drunk I stopped breathing*. And yet, in none of those states have I ever thought for one second it would be a good idea to get behind the wheel. Ever. It's possily the most dangerous and stupid thing that people still do on a regular basis, and I'm utterly baffled by it. Does anyone know anyone who's been done for it, and why they did it? Or has anyone been done themselves? No judging on this one from me, if you want to share your experience I promise not to pass comment on you.

    I just don't get it. I really don't.

*This night was exactly a week before my wedding, the future Mrs Ekona was not impressed :D:lol:

And we all thought you only stopped breathing when you were talking :teeth:

  7. Chill Al.  Guys give Al a bit of space, he doen't mean to come across as brusque but he does understandably get very protective about this place and he WAS the driving force behind the new software and it's implemntation.  It's fair to say without him and his persistence with problems and hiccups it wouldn't be here now in this format.  I'm sure we all want the best from this place and together I'm sure we will achieve that.  Just my two penny worth. Thank you.
