  1. Thanks guys the oil is the correct grade, 5w - 30, it just didn't say on the bottle if it was synthetic or not, here's the link to their site

There's loads of stuff on the web about nissan oil being mineral but and recommending mineral etc.

The guys at Horsham development seem to know what there doing and as said have recieved lots of prase on here. Just wanted to through it out there.

    Cheers

  2. Hi Guys, sorry if this has been covered else where couldn't find it.

Just had the oil changed in my 350 HR, took It to Horsham Developments in Newbury as they have received good recommendations on here. When booking the car in I did request that they use motul fully synthetic 5w 30. After they had drained all the oil they said they had run out of that and would use the standard Nissan oil as recommended in the hand book. I guess my question is has anyone used the Nissan oil, any problems with it etc as I understand it is a Mineral oil.

    Many thanks

  3. Get a special HR (ivory (Frost) or alezan leather) with every option, FNSH, 25k or lower miles. Should be possible for around 11 – 12K. Recently bought mine and in my opinion better than a bogo 370 with 40 – 60k on the clock. Good luck!

  4. Recently got mine 57 plate HR. Drove 2 07 cars prior to taking the plunge, obviously the interior is upgraded like the HR but I feel the engine in the HR is definitely worth the extra few £. Got a more modern characteristic, smoother, plus you get the bonnet bulge :-)

  5. Had a E92 330i, lovely car. A fast sporty cruiser rather than a sports car like the Z. A straight six engine is a must, even the diesels make a OK sound. First few mods I think are a must on any type. Get rid of the crappy run flats and replace the springs for eibach. Good luck your choice.

  6. Hi, a bit random but have been thinking about this.

The Buzzer or tone of the reversing sensor is quite horibble to be honest, anyone thought about of even changed the buzz, tone speaker etc to make the sound more... ummm relaxing  Cheers

  7. Cheers guys, yes have had a trawl on the net and found some info, mostly American. Just wondered if anyone on here had tried it. Yep, Nissan should have really added one of these as standard. Coming from a range of BMW's over the last 7 years, so getting use to the certain kit difference. Was please to see that the Z has heated and folding wing mirrors though! Plus every time I turn the key it makes me smile. :)
