Hi, looking to swop original head unit, must have android connectivity, blue tooth, run sat nav from phone or internal (prefer phone) usb input to charge phone, I like touch screen but its not essential.
Looking to preferably spend no more than £400 and easy to install, also advice on necessary wiring kit or mods would be appreciated.
Finally, is it worth selling original on ebay and if so any ideas what its worth, everthing works.

Mitz at CS fitted a new clutch last week and in the process had to remove a heat shield because it was hanging off, the clutch is great now but the biggest improvement is to the sound the exhaust makes from within the car, an unintentional "mod" but the sound is well worth it.
Thanks again Mitz, great job and fair prices, see you soon.

Hi, I'm looking to replace my number plates and want to put "Z" logo on the edge where people put the flags etc. Also wondered about the 350z uk logo along the lower edge. Does anyone know where I can get useable versions of these and any suggestions of places around Derby who would be able to make them up?
Thanks

Until I got my zed I probably spent six hours in total washing all my cars I have ever owned, ( work car goes to car wash once a month or so) now my neighbours laugh at me every time the wash kit comes out but I agree with gsexr - its therapy and you cant go driving a dirty zed!

Just had a new clutch fitted including flywheel and new slave cylinder and gearbox oil change and all for just over a grand, local garage wanted that for bits alone.
It was good to meet Mitz, very friendly and efficient place, my only complaint was he didn't arrange better weather!?
Mitz i will be in touch to arrange the belts as discussed and i don't think i will be able to resist the new rims for too long!

I think it's also a height thing, I'm 6'2" and find my head brushes the roof no matter how I sit, I'm not fortunate enough to have leather seats but mine are perfectly comfortable even for my "slim"!?!? Build, but have to agree about Volvo and Alfa seats. Current work car is a volvo and I do 1, 000+ miles a week in that with no probs.

The trip from Leeds to Leicester will be well worth it, fair prices and always helpful.

V lounge in Derby centre, thai fish cakes are sublime quiet romantic setting and live music/singer/ comedy. Staff very friendly and food definitely under priced, meal for two around £50

Like that, simple but stunning. Ideal back drop for any and all sponsorship. 350z .com included

Hi Jehuty, I like the GT R's but they are very much the same as most other Zeds and I was hoping to find something a little different but not looking for anything outrageous or to bling if that makes any sense.
-
Agree with others, price seems on high side, also for someone's dream car you would have thought they could get the engine size right, looks good though and def lots of life left in it at that mileage.
Bottom line, if you like it and think it's worth the money why not go for it?

Go with your heart, you know both cars so which will make you grin most. If you don't need it to commute then the only thing that matters is which will give most pleasure. It's taken me many years and approx 40 cars and bikes to find a "toy" I can afford that makes me grin every time I go out but when the magic wears off it will be gone! Until then zeditis rules!

If you do online / mobile banking you can transfer funds almost instantly, it says up to 2 hrs but has always appeared in recipients account within minutes. Some banks need a varification call (i.e. Lloyds) so make sure you have mobile signal.
Hope you like the car when you get there and all goes smoothly.

Ian,
Sorry i cant make this date -got to work, hope one and all have a good time.
Wouldnt it be a good idea to move this to upcoming events to make it more visible?

Sempiternal,
I have checked in on this thread regularly, not being familiar with wolfrace wheels I wanted to seek out thoughts, and all opinions are valid, even if others dont agree with them.
Having only owned this car for a couple of months and having booked it to be wrapped I want to upgrade the wheels and am exploring various options, I'm not a bottomless pit of money otherwise I would have bought a 370z but not into buying cheap, as I initially said I have option to paint and take my time changing wheels.
Thanks everyone for their posts, i will start a new thread once wrapped and wheels etc sorted.

Thanks one and all for opinions, got car booked in with CS to replace clutch and he has some rims I will look at.
Agree i dont want to spoil the look which is why i wont do anything until its been wrapped, then i can offer up different rims and see what suits. Once all done I will post results.

Ok so my choice of wheel style is far from universally liked and I am taking them all in, but what about wolfrace as a company, if they are equally badly thought of I may have to put off until new year.
Budget is tight cos i have already booked for wrap and a few other bits at £1500 and now need clutch at £1k from CS but keen to improve on oem wheels asap.
-
That's what worries me somewhat

I've seen wolfrace assasin wheels in gun metal which I think will look good against my zed once its wrapped in Hexis bronze grey next month.
Are wolfrace wheels any good and has anyone any views on speedy wheels?
Again, i know it's my choice and budget affects the options i.e. i get what i pay for but i don't want inferior wheels, if i don't change my oem wheels i will get them painted but been quoted £250 for that and wheels are less than £600
Appreciate some views.

Welcome, once you take the plung you wont regret it.
Cosford was a good day, looking forward to seeing you with your own zed at next meet.

Like the "Z" logo, I was thinking of a black Z rather than silver so I don't need any background.
I do know this is illegal but it's not like mis placing actual letters and numbers so happy to take a risk.
