ok mate will look about. By the way how do you know if your car is fitted with Brembo brakes, is this standard on 350's as the ebay item says caution, if fitted with Brembo brakes on a car it will cause problems.

Chaps, been thinking about getting some black alloys for my Gun Metal Z... Would these look good and are they any good? Is £399 any good? I dont really want to be spending close to £1k on wheels. Whats the difference between LMGT4 and GT4 wheels? I have the standard 6 spoke alloys on mine and they are scuffed to **** and was thinking about getting them refurned but found some immaculate ones on Ebay which I might but (currently at £100) but think I want the GT4 wheels. Anyone know where I can buy some from?

I only found this big one behind the passenger seat on Sunday! Knew there were the 2 small ones directly both seats but not the big one behing the passenger!

Where can you buy the booster from? I dont really want to splice my wires...

I Don't live in Essex, but do work in Colchester. Chuck some photos up so we can see, I have a few different polished and paint restorers that have helped scratches on my cars (and the zed) before. I have to ask. WHY!!?? Dude, I have no idea. I didnt want to use my parents kettle (they were on holiday and turned the water off and heating) as I thought it would ruin the paintwork!!! I went to wash it at their house as at the flat it's not feasible! You know when you wish you had a time machine and you want to know the lottery numbers... I think Id prefer to go back before using the scourer... screw the lottery! Id probably forget to get the numbers anyway!!

cheers guys, will take photos of it tomorrow as out straight from work tonight. So applying T-Cut to it daily would be making it worse?

As it had dried, and now I have about 8 big scratched circles on my 350z what an idiot I know. I bought some gun metal / grey T cut which has helped but the marks are still visible. They are on the boot, the rear wings, the roof and car doors. Does anyone recommend anything to restore the paint? Someone at work told me to call Nissan and ask them for some original paint which you apply to it but cant see how that would look professional. I am highly disappointed in myself.....

If you have an android phone I second this, once hacked its an excellent unit. Halfords fit for £30 as well, including the parrot and GPS with the head unit dude, can you hack the appradio2? I have this in my 350 but how do you hack it and what can you do once its hacked? Or do you mean when you jailbreak the android/Iphone?

Yeh mine doesnt stuggle to shut but does struggle to open first time. undecided as to what ones to get though...I probably will get a spoiler but not for a few months. edit - screw it, I wont be getting a spoiler for a while so I have just this minute bought the standard ones, should get them tomorrow.

Well I might as well get the uprated ones as you get free delivery on over £66 and this now comes to £67. Plus I might get a spoiler one day....

Ah ok cool thanks man. What does the weight in the boot actually do then? If you take it out does it affect the driving at all being RWD? Yep in total, £65.76 wih VAT and delivery....

Alright peeps. My boot won't stay up, has anyone had this problem and is it expensive to fix? Any help would be much appreciated. I'm thinking there are hydraulics in the boot, am I right? Cheers Mooresy

I had this problem dude. You might have the wrong patch on. For example I had a Pioneer AVH3400 with the 3volt Pioneer SWC (bought from In Car Tech) and this worked. I didnt like the stereo so i swapped it for a Pioneer DaH100 and i was doing what you said, bu really slow and then did nothing. I had also bought the 5v Pioneer SWC lead from In Car Tech, and swapped it over and it works perfectly now. Hope this helps.

Alright people. Just to let you know I got the rear camera installed yesterday for £20. Such a mission for the guy to do. You have to take the whole boot out, wheels, trims, etc and you have to feed the wire through some holes near the bumper which was a complete mission for him to do. But for £20 I know I probably wouldnt have been able to do it, neither would it have taken me 1 hour and 20 mins (including sorting the steering control patch out)! Will take a photo of it in a moment for you to see. Quality is pretty good, it was getting dark and it was actually lighter on the screen.

Its ok, panic over. Me and my bro had the Hi Pass filter on, turned it off and can get everything now. Its still quiter than I want so might do the split soon but also got the camera fitted in with wires all under the trim for £20! Also got my steering wheel controls sorted as for the Pioneer DAh100 you need the 5v steering wheel patch. Good job I bought both from Car Audio. The reverse camera is so good too. although will probably crash using it rather than my own eye so probably more a toy than a guide??

Guys I have realised why I haven't got a loud sound because the rear speakers weren't on via the head unit. I can only get sub and front speakers or front and back only. Does anyone know why my pioneer head unit won't let me have all 5? The guy who installed it said the pioneer head unit only has 2 pre outs. Will the splicing in the other thread resolve this or is that just to amplify the sound even more???

Are the pre outs RCAs?
