I'm confused as to what model car I even own to be honest and that's not helping in figuring out right bulb!
I was sold it as a 2006 rev up, but Im unsure on how to tell if it is or a 276. I'm probably being really thick but any sure fire ways to tell?
-
Can some one clear up what bulb I need please, popped to a local motor place and they told me d2s, then popped halfords to then be told its definitely d2r.
They also wanted 70 a bulb?

Thanks buddy, a few people told me the bulbs shouldn't go so to change the ballast, will try bulb first though.

Morning all,
Had a search but could not really find anything definitive. A few days ago my my brother noticed one of my headlights was shining pink, the next day it was not on at all, side light still worked fine but main bulb is out.
Its a 2006 rev up, how often is it just the bulb? The pink light for a few hours has made me unsure!
Thanks

Sky insurance informed me they charge no different between import and UK on the 350z.

As said above really, a bit over the asking price but with what's included the added price seems justified.
I made a similar purchase, 06 300gt and paid 9k from jaguar dealership. Over the odds maybe but with warranty and free mots and a quality service, they refurbished the alloys too.

Could be a build up of carbon around the vnt system within the turbine housing. That would cause the issues you described. If you have the turbo part number I can look into it a bit further.
As said above check vac lines and pipework for signs of any leaks, also boost control valve before looking at taking the turbo off for repair.

We all make mistakes buddy, even me. Earlier when I read your post about admitting you was wrong, I thought "maybe he's not such a gimp after all"

How's your heavy right foot?

you got your big boy pants on, clever boy
Better big boy pants than a nappy and dummy
that's very true, keep trying and one day you may actually get out of that nappy buddy. There may also be a chance you will be funny at some stage too, keep trying little man.

Well, I take it back what I said about Watchdog not being interested, clearly they are. I didn't see the programme, so don't know how the data was collected, but I'll stick my hands up and say I was wrong..
Shady practices, but I do still maintain that it's always a risk using these companies for things like that, just like WBAC.
Maybe the god squad are right also....
It don't matter for what reasons people use such companies, wrong is wrong.

I don't have to prove a thing, I don't have to back up my opinions or experiences. I can argue against a post I feel is unfair and condescending, just because I'm not a member of your high post elite it don't mean I will just roll over and except it.

read my comments again and work it out for yourself. I didn't say i was gonna report it to watchdog, you do have a grasp on sarcasm right? I'm saying that if people take the view that its just business, then are they taking that view on all underhand, dishonest companies.
and from reports from customers using them, and a family members experience they are claiming perfectly good phones as being damaged. I feel that's not acceptable regardless of the reasons why someone choses to use a such a company.
-
lets call the bbc and inform them there is no point in bothering with watchdog anymore then as its only business.
-
I don't think its disgusting, if your too lazy to sell your phone on eBay or to a friend etc and see ££ signs then suck it up when you get ripped off...

they pulled this exact same trick with my brother. they claimed the screen was smashed, the way he packed it there is no way it could have smashed

the fun for me is researching and sourcing parts, followed by the enjoyment i get from spending time fitting them. then you get the experience of feeling or seeing the differences made.
so nothing to do with trying to make it more like an expensive car for me.

105 on orange hex pad, followed by 205 on white. works amazing on zed paint, i won't bother with anything else after using these

Looks like I have a pre 2006 then! Not really bothered as at least it means I should not have the oil consumption issue.
Thanks for clearing that up boys.
