  1. Hi all

My car is a 59 plate with 17,800 miles and my cars coming up for service, the dealers told its due a P3 service costing me £518.00, looking at what is included in the service it seems a bit exteme?

    Washer Drain

    Filter Assy oil

    Element Assy

    Filter air kit

    Brake cleaner

    10W / 40 1 litre

    Brake fluid 1L

    Screenwash

I have just copied what apparently is covered in the service.

  2. Hi all

I am confident in changing pads and discs as I have always done them myself, I am looking at getting some new discs and pads all round and also braded hoses.

If I change the lines to braded I will need to bleed the brakes, I have never bled brakes before and don't really know exactly what I need or the best way to do it, I think it's just sounds more daunting than it is.

Can someone please shed me a little light on this please

    Many thanks :)

  3. Hi all

I have a 2009 GT Ultimate, I have recently noticed I have got to change my Pads and discs and just wondering what you all recommend?

its only mainly for road use nothing else, I used to use EBC on my S2000 Turbo but found these shocking! dont want to spend a fortune but something thats half decent and will actually stop the car rather than closing your eyes and hoping for the best :)

    many thanks

  4. Hi all

Not sure if anyone else has this problem, I have got my wipers on auto but for some reason 80% of the time I start my car the wipers activate but not sure why, there's nothing in front of the sensor so don't know why, anyone else have this problem?

  5. Hi All

I got a 2009 370Z GT, I have fitted Tein Supersport Coilovers with EDFC fitted and wondered what size spacers to go for front and back?

I am not too sure how much it's lowered by but want to bring the wheels out a bit but not too much cause rubbing issues,

Also what company / make would you recommend :-)

  6. I fitted some LED ones few months ago, left side are the silver vision bulbs I first put in the right are the LED ones lol

Edit won't let me add picture :-(, why don't Photobucket pictures work :-(

  7. Hi all

From the 1st July I will be auctioning off TWO pairs of tickets to have a 2 hour tour round the Aston Martin's state of the art factory at Gaydon, These tickets are extremely rare and cannot normally be secured by members of the public, so this for a lot of people is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

The 2 hour tour will give you an insight into the stages that go behind the creation of every Aston Martin, from bonding the Chassis to the hand stitching of the leather interior even the testing before the car is dispatched.

I have letter of confirmation from Aston Martin for the tour and also from Willen Hospice!

The tickets will be placed on EBay and the highest Bidder will win TWO tickets, once one auction is complete the other two will be placed up for grabs,

All Proceeds will go to Willen Hospice Milton Keynes.

    WHY WILLEN HOSPICE

Willen Hospice services are free and only 23% of their costs are met through government funding covering areas within Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northampton etc.

The Hospice needs to raise more than £3 million a year to provide its services which all done through fund raising.

Total Cost of Service £4.3 million

Amount the Hospice needs to raise £3.4 million.

All proceeds will go to Willen Hospice In Milton Keynes,

  8. Hi all

Just a quick question, on the 1st July I will be placing a charity auction up on eBay For some factory tour tickets to Aston Martin and wondered if I can place a link on here when it's on, the tickets are hugely sought after and cannot normally be secured by members of the public, so this for a lot of people is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
