  1. Ok so I have my zed booked in next week for a service and I'm also taking this opportunity to get the wheels refurbished as well. I've decided to change colour and I've narrowed it down to either bronze or anthracite grey. I know its really down to personal preference and I personally am swaying towards the anthracite colour. My car is azure and thought that colour would look great on it. Anyone got opinions/thoughts or even pictures they'd like to share.

  2. I have the non resonated cobra and I absolutely love it! It really is personal preference I was so torn on which exhaust system to go for but I am so glad I went for the non resonated option. Personally for me I don't think it is too loud at all but it sure does make a nice noise when accelerating, it does drone a bit but it is far from ridiculous.

Maybe take into consideration your previous car history to help you make a decision for example what your used to, that is basically how I made my final decision.

  3. That's just complete and utter jealousy! Coming from a girl I have never once had someone say a bad thing about my zed in fact it is men that absolutely love it and appreciate it. Just goes to show your so called friends and work mates are incredibly childish. I would just try your best to ignore that crap and enjoy your zed (easier said than done I know) !!

  4. Each to there own Ricey but for me safety first I'd never forgive myself if something awful happened that I could have easily prevented. I'm probably being a bit of a hypocrite considering the child gets to ride my horses which is probably a lot more dangerous but again I never leave her side just in case I could prevent something from happening, don't get me wrong you can't wrap them up in cotton wool I guess I'm just even more paranoid as she's my partners daughter

Hey totally.....I don't have any kids at the end of the day so I'm probably more blasé about it.

I just think we worry far too much these days......I mean put it in context:

    - 4 year old in the car your scared to death and strapping them into all sorts of contraptions.

    - 7 year old in the car no ones bothered.

    - 17 year old in the car you make them drive you home when your pi**ed.

I'm not convinced a car seat isn't doing much that a child seat is.

How old is 4 years old these days anyway? Are they smoking by that age yet?

And when you put it like that, you are so right I completely agree!

I'd say it would be a big eye opener if we knew what 4 year olds/ young kids where getting up too these days or more importantently let bloody away with.

My work colleague had an 8 year old square up to her the other month and say "what you looking at" my god I was ready to scream at him to be honest I was ready to do more than that and the mother couldn't give a toss!!! Ridiculous lol

  6. I thought you could turn off the air bag? Your definitely not being too cautious. My partner has a 4 year old she's never been in my car yet but I will be taking all the precautions like I would if she was my own daughter.

My car is 2004 and I thought me and my partner worked out you could turn the air bag light off but I could be wrong.

  7. I have a 2004 350z 40k and I have to say my bonnet is badly stone chipped, to compair my sister has a civic it's 2005 and yea she has stone chips too but no where near as bad looking. However I don't have a problem with paint coming off anywhere else.

  8. Me and my sister have horses she compets nearly every week end and she uses my dads shogun its just there as a work vehicle and is great and then my partner has a shogun to tow our rally car and bits and pieces
