  1. Looking good, there is always something satisfying about completing work yourself instead of paying someone to do it for you.
  2. So here is my car list I have owned not that many compared to some I am sure. First was a White Honda Civic 1.4i ek chassis which I stripped the interior of and put racing harnesses in and had 17inch wheels on, unfortunately I have no photo of that car shame as I loved it. Second came a Citroen Saxo 1.0 hated this car was so unreliable only had it a few months before I sold it. Third came a Ford Focus mk1 1.8 zetec collection with custom made exhaust 4" tip ST170 wheels lowered 30mm on H&R springs and a Pipercross induction kit Fourth was a Honda Integra Type R DC2 UKDM this was standard most of the time then a pipercross induction kit was placed on it and then when the Vtec hit it sounded like the world was going to end. If there is one thing you must hear in life its the roar of a Vtec with induction kit heading for the redline. Epic! Fifth was a temporary car to tied me over till I got the next being a Mercedes C class 2.5 diesel Urgh. Sixth was my Scooby WRX with an STI interior, HKS panel filter and Tein 35mm lowering springs and Walbro 255 fuel pump plus Prodrive exhaust Seventh was the first 350z After the 350z I went back to the above scooby till I sold that and was left using my Kawasaki er6-f till I got this current 350z
  3. Hi, sad to say but yes I did know about the forum when I had the first but just never got round to signing up then when it went I wasn't sure if I was going to keep the scooby I had get another scooby or a new 350z. But as you can all tell the 350z won. Oh for everyone else welcoming me to the forum I forgot to put any pics up yesterday so will try and remember tonight.
  4. Woooowww!!!!!! That's the sort of thing i was hoping to get in this thread Might have to look into it a bit more. However TVRs do have a repution for killing people and/or bankrupting them through parts and labour cost. Still definately worth a second look though. TVR's are notoriously unreliable however there is a company called "tvr power" based in the west country I think who are meant to be very good and depending on what you want done can make them reliable and also tune which ever TVR you have. If you were thinking of TVR you could look at a cheaper model like the Griffith and use the extra money to go and make it relable/more powerfull at TVR Power
  5. thanks everyone for the very warm welcome, I shall get some pics up later today with any luck. You may also want to check out the thread for "memory lane; post up your old car pics" as I shall attempt to load some of my previous cars up there too.
  6. I shall add my pic's when i get the chance
  7. Hi I'm Nick, new to the forum but not so new to 350z ownership. I am on my second Z at present being a MY05 GT with rays. I owned a 55 plate for 5-6 months last year but due to running a scooby at the same time which I couldn't sell, so the Z went instead and sold a hell of a lot easier. Now I am in ownership of a 05 plate Z which I love and its got some nice little touches to.
