Hello,
I have read the rules but I wondered if you could help with this point, I am presently selling a car on Autotrader (privately, I'm not a dealer), can I post the link on here? Thanks in advance for any help and sorry if this is already covered somewhere else.
Yes, since you have more than 15 posts, you can put a link in the "spotted on ebay or other" forum.
Thanks for the reply DoogyRev, much appreciated.
Cheers.
Lovie.

This is the worst film I have ever seen. It's worth watching just to experience new levels of badness. Maybe I was tired when I watched it?....
You've obviously never watched 200mph then
Nope, never have and if it's actually worse than Rubber I probably never will.
200mph looks terrible, I bet if I watched it though Rubber would still be my worst film, by quite a margin.
Horses for courses etc,

So is it not insured at the mo? looks great but what if it gets stolen?

Great, thanks Bullet, new filter elements are £130 so it's cleaning the old ones for me.

I use K&N oil for my JWT, tbh, as long as the oil does the job, does it matter what colour it makes the filter?
Hello Bulletmagnet,
Can I ask what you clean your filters with before you oil them?
Thanks in advance.

I googled "JWT popcharger air intake air intake cleaner" PDF shows pics and has instructions, I don't know about paper / foam but I would be suprised if you could wash a paper filter. Tempted to buy new personally if not to dear.

What time are people generally aiming to arrive at Castle Combe and any thoughts on how long to allow for queuing?
7 am. A very long time!
I was hoping an 8.00 am arrival would be safe, allowing about an hour to queue. I think because of the problems last year Castle Combe / Japfest are more organised this year but that could be off set by more people turning up.
Can't believe the weather is looking slightly pants for the w/e.

Hello Rich, thanks for the quick reply. See you tomorrow.

If I need to jump start my Z from another car can I connect the jumper cables to the battery or will this mess up the ECU, Would red to to red be ok and black to a ground point on my car be ok? if so where would the ground point be? Thanks in advance for any help.

Just a a quick heads up if you haven't been to Mendip circuit before, it's really exposed so even on a nice day it can be bonkers windy / chilly.
Also, can be a bit of a wait between races, there aren't any seats so if standing for a while is a pain then a camping chair might be a good plan.
Looking forward to a top meet tomorrow.

12 Zeds if we all make it, 13 if Toad does the ironing for a week so he can bring his z, It's like a mini Japfest.
-
might be coming down to watch the bangers with all the ladies in my family - so not in the Z, will look out for you all though if we make it
Could you're wife drive the family car and you come out to play in the Zed? I'm sure* she wouldn't mind.
* means not actually sure really.

Hello Harryjax, tried to reply to your quote friggin tablet inserted my text all over the place. Answering your question we normally do M32, bedminster and then A38. Not to familiar with other route you mentioned. Happy to be flexible on route.

Just to confirm where we meet, I think postcode is BS27 3QF, is meeting at 10.30 a bit early if the racing starts at 1.00pm?
From previous experience, by the time we have got some brekkie, eaten it and had a strole about and taken some photos, 2 hours will have gone just like that. Lets keep with the 10.30am meet time at the entrance to the caves
Is anyone from Bristol / Bath meeting up or fancy meeting up to drive down to the RV.
We will probably leave Yate about 9.30, go through Bristol and down the A38, not sure if that fits in with anyones plans? Happy to change route etc if it means a few of us can meet up to drive to to the meet.
Breakfast Meet and Drive Out. Sunday 4th August.
