    Harness bar

Just been in contact with couple US companies regarding posting harness bar to UK.... Got quoted $290 by one and $320 by another! Can't find any in UK... Anybody knows who sells them in UK? Was looking at sparco one or "grafitti Motorsport" one(looks mint) Thanks Vlad
  4. yea, as said above they do come up on ebay now and then! I'm in process of getting some bucket seats... will go just for side mounts... but still pain in the arse as looks like floof is not completely flat, so will have to fabricate some metal frames 1st, to bolt them down to the original holes and then bolt side mounts to them... a bit confused at the moment lol P.S. very jelaous that u got brides really want some as well, but they are a bit...well,quite a bit, over my budget lol
  5. mine is pretty spot on as well... when bought the car - fuel gauge was telling me different levels every minute...so filled up to the top, reset trip computer etc... 2 weeks later, after a bit of maths - i configured that if i go to fill up i should get about 60ltrs... and so i did! So was using that as my fuel gauge, untill i took both fuel senders oud, cleanned them - and its all good now!
  6. ^^ agree! Just do it! I live in a flat and we have private parking for quite few cars, allocated parking space plus quite few for visitors..but recently some kids started parking there as they got some dancing classes or something down the road...one night I came back and they parked everywhere, incl allocated spaces...so I just locked the gate and gone in...was pretty funny to watch them panicking and not be able to get out...was gonna just leave them there, but unfortunately one of the neighbours came back and had to open the gate...they still stood there for good 30mins before that... Never seen them park there since lol
  7. Very nice! I've fixed my with 2p coins...nearly a year - and still good! But will have that in mind if 2p mod fails lol

    Wheel nuts

I think it's a good choice! They are made of steel so should be pretty strong... And as I said I had them for over a year and took them off tens of times - and there are no signs of that they will fail any time soon

    Wheel nuts

I've got one of these mate, pretty good! And got that key to remove it - so u dont scratch your wheel http://bit.ly/ZmIiTx I had them on for just over a year now, no problems so far, apart from I did take my wheels off and on quite few times - so they(wheel nuts) got scratched inside and start slightly rusting...but at that price - just get 2 sets...once one starts to rust, put new set on and re-spray old set! My mate just gave me same set for free, and his is brand new...so they are on the car now...and will respray my old set so it ready for swap in the future! If you local to me(Leamington spa) - feel free to pop around and try out my 2nd set, see if you like them
  10. Yea, they pretty good! I'm 25, was 24 when got 350... Got a quite of just over £1600 from them...added my mum as a named driver - got it down to 800... This year payed around 700(can't remember how much exactly) but that with all mods declared and no mum on the policy lol when I spoke to other ins. companies - they all pretty much said that admiral/elephant/diamond(same company) is the only company they can't compete with on prices!

    Harness bar

Looking into getting bucket seats with harnesses so gonna need a harness bar! Long shout...but never know lol There are few out there... Tried researching NRG one...read few bad feedbacks about it as that support struts don't fit...but them comments(other forums) were back from like 2005-2008...so wondering if NRG re-designed it? Any one had any experience? Other one is Sparco...all good reviews so far...but it's like £300 it's all about safety...so I I'll have to go for it...unless any one knows any other good ones etc? Or selling one a bit cheaper? Also gonna need side mounts and harnesses as well if anyone got any kicking around Vlad
  12. Spotted just after 11 this morning in Oadby, Leicester! Azure Blue with Nismo kit on, number plate VU56B** I think! Pretty sure I saw that car on here before! Car looked epic!
  13. Nah, I'm in Leamington Spa...well, just moved around the corner to Southam...but I work in Leicester area
  14. Spotted few mins ago, 10:30 in wigston, Leicester! Gunmetal GT with number plate something like J15M...can't remember the rest lol
  15. As far as I know they have to pull u over, take your details and that and say that u got points and fine! If he didn't do that - u fine! Plus can he prove it? I'm pretty sure he didn't have a proper under cover car with camera etc...so yea, looks like he is just been trying to scare you!
  16. I assume you mean the 3 at the top? I removed the dials (they're screwed and plastic riveted) and then cut around the bottom part. There is a small 'lip' in the p[lastic that I followed with a stanley blade. Yea, them ones! I tried same...cutting around the edge of that lip...but didn't go to well...I suppose it was late, I was tired and patience and me not best friends haha will re-do it when I get time! Lol

    Autogrip tyres

I had autogrips when I bought my Z...was scared to drive it tbh...in wet tried not to go over 50 lol
  18. Yea, use heat gun/hair dryer to warm it up slightly, so glue melts a little bit, pull it off and try again! Can't do many "pull offs" tho
  19. I did mine as well...was a bit of a b*tch, but got there in the end! How did you do yours around dials? Did u just cut it around the edge? I cut mine and it didn't go perfectly to the plan lol
  20. Don't think they are E marked, as its says not suitable for road/highway use! Trs it is then lol
  21. Yea, will do! If not, quite like TRS as well, so would go for them if D1 not e marked
  22. Haha ok, I believe you Quite like these... They any good? http://bit.ly/10taar7
  23. Unwrap it? That's the bit I'm confused about... As if u look at the second pic - there is nothing wrapped... Looks like the belt was was wrapped around that bracket and then just sewn together...lol and yea, most likely will leave standard belts in, to save hastle later
