  1. I went last year with a few lads from Zclub, we stayed at this place which turned out to be superb. I can highly recommend it. http://hotel-an-der-nordschleife.de/hotel/index.php Next to the hotel they have a purpose built apartment block with multi bed apartments (if you dont mind sharing) the apartments are modern, spotless clean with a big bathroom, clean towels everyday, TV and tea/coffee facilities. breakfast is served in the main hotel building. its located right next to the Breidscheid bridge and the half lap entrance, its only a short drive to the full lap entrance. each apartment has patio doors with table and chairs, parking right outside and a view of the track from the patios, get an upstairs apartment and the view is obviously better still. you can sit outside in the early evening boozing and watching the late runners round the track. there is 2 big supermarkets and about 4 restaurants and a couple of bars right outside the hotel.....
  2. Sorry mate, I assume I was the straw that broke the camels back.....but it was my duty..
  3. All the other photos here, any questions just ask. http://s1182.photobucket.com/albums/x449/Croeso1/Geneva%20auto%20salon%202012/?albumview=slideshow
  4. Renault still have some way to go to catch up. Hammonds Morgan. I like them as there quintesentially British and eccentric Pointless Bentley but with beautiful interior
  5. Lambo's new Aventador without a roof. I cant see this being a big seller, a 200mph car with no roof and no windscreen? alright for posing down the pub on a sunny day. Arabs and Hollywood will love it.
  6. Lotus had a big stand and its nice to see the quality of the cars they now build, they dont look like kit cars anymore.
  7. I never cease to be impressed when I see Veyrons, apart from the finish of them it's the fact that its got a 16 Cylinder quad turbo aeroplane engine and all the associated gubbins in a car thats about the same size as a Z32, where do they put everything, must be a nightmare to work on.
  8. The Scooby equivalant, just noticed looking at the pics that the wing vent looks a teeny bit different than the Toyota
  9. New Toy motor GT. They seemed to be making comparisons between the original 2000GT and the new 2000GT. to be honest there like chalk and cheese, the only bit they share is the badge. the original 2000GT was an upmarket car, beautifully styled, well appointed and expensive thats why they sold so few. the new 2000GT is a cut price no frill's lets sell millions plasticfest thats been platform shared with a Scooby to make it cheaper still. and that became more obvious when I looked at the Scooby equivalant as it is identical except for the badge. I thought they would have had subtle changes to separate the 2 cars but I couldnt see any. I dont understand the marketing plan with that although it will definately appeal to the younger buyer.
