@*!#! Sorry to see this happen to another Zed.
If you really wanted to find the ****er, they can analyse the paint to see what make and model it came from if it's stock paint and there can't be that many cars that colour in your area. Should be hard to find matching damage.

The thousands of K is just the colour temperature. 4300k is OEM slightly yellow, best light output, 6000k is more white and what most go for but with a little less light output. 8000k is what I have, slight blue tint in the white and what I think looks best, but slightly less light output again. The higher you go the less light is emitted. Personally I wouldn't go higher than 8000k but up to 20000k is available.
The colour chart goes yellow, white, blue, purple and finally green.

It's a very nice kit, shame it doesn't look as special on a black Zed or I may have been tempted.

Really need a good view of the box mate.

Certainly not a wheel for the zed. Maybe an Astra or Audi.
Why would they suit a £20k Audi or Vauxhall and not a £5k Zed
I think there will be more and more chavvy Zeds about, just have to get used to the fact

Because they are similar to the optional OEM rims available from dealers, nothing to do with the value of the car. For some reason the zed seems to suit deep dish or uber concave the best.

Eibach ARBs maybe? Obviously HFCs go well. Adjustable drop links? Some form of premium coilovers? Lightweight pulleys, with correct sized belts if under driven?
Hmmm what else do I want?

Still looks better than some of the monstrosities I've seen in the states

At sub £200 for a painted wing it's worth a punt!
-
Hard to see the damage on the phone, but it doesn't look that bad and initial thoughts are it could be easily fixed by a bodyshop for less than the £415.
On the other hand, wings are cheap like the eBay link, get him to knock £500 off and take it as is. Labour costs in a paint shop will be much cheaper painting a panel off the car than on it because they don't have to mask up anything. I think it could all be done for not much more than £300 including the new wing.

SOLD!!!
It's just a shame the inside looks a bit cheap with that carbon looking plastic stuff. It would also be good to know fitting and mapping costs from them, but the price of the S/C is similar to the Zed which can add over 100 extra horsies
If you can supercharge the Z for under £4k I'd be impressed.
Tarmac has a thread up about a Vortech bulk buy with about 20% off ATM, thats about £3k for that kit, then injectors, rails, oil cooler, and fuel return system = not to far off £4k

You're basically sticking sunglasses on your zed. Do sunglasses let the same amount of light through to your eyes? How much? 20% tint reduces light output by approx. 20%, 30% tint reduces output by approx. 30% and so on and so forth

What rims you got? Best bet would be to drop to 40 profile on 245 fronts and 265 rears.

I asked the seller about the delivery costs....
Dear khanaircon,
Are you really charging £65 for delivery?! :-/
- rikjonatk
Dear rikjonatk,
Reason for £65 postage is because we want to sale this at minimal lost, This each can cost us around £17 so total cost for all six cans is £102 and you are getting this deal for £65 postage and what ever wining bid, after paying £65 for postage this is still a very good deal for anyone.

Report them, that's against eBay rules and it's not fair everyone else paying the charges and they're trying to wiggle out of them.

........ if it was my daily driver then no ....
Why no ?
It's very Elise esq. I couldn't live with that on a daily basis, sometimes it's nice to just be in quiet comfortable car.
Also it has to be serviced every 4.5k
Serviced every how long? Whats the engine made of? Chocolate?

I seen it before. Looks better with a white base that that red/orange colour, but not great for the UK climate.

Yea I need to seal mine. It looked good for about two days but then the misted look started to come back.
I'm going to order something to seal it with now.
Actually on another detailing note, does anyone know if I can buy anything to tidy up the black rubber trim that surrounds the windows etc? Mine has started to fade and go white in places, must be something I can do to freshen them up?
Someone posted something up recently, I can't remember the name of the product, but it was something armour, or armour something. It's a wipe and the more you use it the more black it gets...

Could be worse mate, couldve bought a GTR and the gearbox failed on the 2nd day!!
Tell me it didn't?
As for brakes and drop links, all easy to do yourself with a jack and a few simple tools. Drop links are a common failure, so best to sort them all out now before zeditus gets a hold of you and cleans your bank account out

Would be nice to have all the Nismo parts, however, at around £60-£80 for an oil cap, I passed. There are replica (*cough* fake*) ones about for about £15 on eBay if that interests you...

Sorry that someone is thieving around your way, however, a missing bung, perfect excuse to buy a completely new full system that doesnt need bungs and wont fall apart

Search for the 350z Bose hack

Take one of the splash guards off under the arch and you'll see an after market ballast in there if there is one, otherwise there'll be a 3" x 3" black metal box attached to the bottom of the headlamp unit with a grey clip from the loom attached.
If you google 350z ballast you'll see what you're looking for.
Any idea what exhaust I have?

Yup, and when Tarmac asked them about providing other options they basically flipped him the bird. Assholes!
But bet to topic, i'm pretty sure it's a Cobra now that I can see better on the computer. I think I can see a clamp by the wee box.
