as title guys, my old skyline had a clifford total closure system fitted and i wondered what make the system is on a 2004 Z UK, because a lot of alarms now have extra add ons you can buy and programme in window closure, remote start etc, anyone know ?

well what a shock !!!! just been to my local nissan dealer (chorley nissan) and been quoted £86 + VAT for the oil pressure sensor, and get this only ! £160 for the oil pump,( one of the mechanics mentioned that the pressure relief valve in the pump could be at fault) does anyone know how i can test the sensor, dont want to go down the road of throwing bits at it until its cured,couldnt afford to do that anyway BTW bought one for my old RX7 and it cost £6.80 +VAT

will have a look at the sender this weekend gonna get oily anyway fitting plenum spacer, and pop charger, and decats, and Y piece, and discs front and rear, with my shiny new spacers

oil level seems fine, i assume your thinking overfill ? causing overpressure ?

nope just started on my way home yesterday from my daughters, dont know the weight of the oil but it was last serviced about 2000 miles ago at a nissan dealer, i presume they use a "standard" viscocity oil?

nope this stays there even when engine is warm and goes down to still way above 60 on idle ?

as title guys when i start the Z the gauge moved over to just above 75?. when its under load the gauge moves right over to the extreme right hand side, i assume its an electronic gauge, is this a common fault ? i suppose the answer im looking for would be along the lines of " yea all you need to do is start the car engage neutral put the drivers window all the way down and back up and that should sort it"

as title guys mine has come up with the dreaded check disc error, so been out and treated myself, so now got this as a door stop, radio and tape both work fine, just thought id offer it free ( will need collecting to avoid P&P) might be usefull to someone selling on or trading back to garage etc, code included ps home is lancashire but could post if you were willing to pay costs

mine looks tatty its on a 53 plate, ive been looking at a replacement, but it appears that the leather surround is part of the base of the knob, how have others got round this problem,or am i being a total plank

out of all the kits ive seen i still like the subtle N1 skirts and spats but not to keen on prices, anyone help thanks

as title guys been on to Jez at Horsham and got decats, Y pipe and plenum spacer pretty confident i can fit these parts but Jez reckons to get the best a remap would be in order, thing is i live at the top end of lancashire ( the bit where the M6 is cobbled, we all wear flat caps and own whippets) are there any other options for the remap, because the distance alone and return journey seems like a nightmare, any suggestions gratefully recieved

As title guys mine is doing my head in, no CD player, who uses a tape deck any more ? once had a scooby and fitted the HU from a legacy straight in and it cost £25, so thought it might be a cheapish option ?
