  1. lol

I've just put some part worn re050a's on and I have been so far quite impressed over their previous version, road noise is substantially reduced and grip is increased especially in the wet.

I wouldn't say they have amazing performance and when they run out I'll be getting either falkens, vredestein or kuhmos. Had Ku31s on all previous jap cars and rate them very highly for the budget. But the tread pattern on the vredestein is just awesome :)

  2. I had a Tamron 70mm - 300mm which was good for a budget lens. Also had a Sigma 10-20mm wide angle which was excellent - I would hill recommend looking st the sigma range for quality vs price

  3. Time for a stupid question!

Is there a difference in the hoses on a Brembo v non Brembo set up?

    Yes.

I'd buy a branded brake line purely because of reputation...HEL are good, and popular and work and only about £60-£70.

Don't skimp on brakes, ever, it's your life, or someone else's at hand

  4. It's pretty easy, hardest part is soldering the cable wires and securing them to the back of the headunit and be careful when re-installing - I accidentally pulled the wire out putting the unit back in the dash so had to start over again.

  5. :scare: Glad it didn't cause any damage, must've shat yourself a little though.

Did the traction control come on at all?

I'd check the suspension links are all tight and together, you may also want to check your alignment on the rear. I've just added camber arms and bolts and driving to the alignment centre the rear toe felt like it was forcing me off the road, especially under hard acceleration/braking.
