  1. Another flawless transaction with Ewen, Very helpful giving me all info on which bits I needed, ordered a service kit on the Monday afternoon and it arrived on the Wednesday morning. Can't ask for better than that. Looking forward to dealing with Ewen again
  2. Another great deal with Ewen, always a good experience dealing with him so I'm looking forward to the next time
  3. I've had a look and by the looks of it there is more than enough thread for a second nut to go on so I'll probably do that, cheers all
  4. The nuts have definitely been tightened up enough. I did wonder about heat affecting the thread lock so I've decided to go for the exhaust locking nuts above. Thanks for the help
  5. I dabbed a bit of thread lock on when I originally fitted the exhaust so I'll get some locking washers and Nyloc nuts to see if that helps. Thanks for the help
  6. Hi All, I've recently fitted a new Invidia Gemini, the exhaust is perfect, but I'm having a small issue with the clamps that hold the titanium tips on, the nuts keep rattling loose. Since fitting it in August I've had to tighten the nuts up at least 5 times but they keep wobbling loose. I've tried moving the clamp about into a few different positions but it makes no difference plus all of the pictures I've found on Google of the clamps look like they're placed in exactly the same position as mine are. The car isn't stupidly low and it's not running de-cats so I've no idea what is causing the nuts to wobble loose. Has anyone had this problem, if so how did you fix it? I don't really want to weld anything if I can help it! Thanks for any help.
  7. Dealt with Tarmac a few times now, each time has been a pleasure. Everything I've ordered has been with me within 2 days. Can't ask for much more than that
  8. I'll take the tank please, PM coming your way
  9. Got all of the bits on Friday and fitted it on Sunday so thanks for the help :-) Not a very good picture but here's one of it fitted anyway. More than happy so far :-)
  10. Hi Guys, I know this has been done to death but I have searched for the past few days and all of the links I've followed seem to be dead so I thought I would ask before ordering the wrong bits. I'm going to be ordering this head unit - http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00CE5DJUC/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ALQTZ92PZGOLW It will be going into a 2003 Zed (With steering wheel controls) replacing the Bose 6CD changer. From what I can gather these are the bits that I will need as I still want to be able to use the steering wheel controls. (All from http://incartec.co.uk) 50-256 Nissan 350Z Radio Facia Double Din 29-674 Nissan 350z Bose Steering control interface 29-020 SONY / PIONEER patch lead for 29 series SWC http://incartec.co.uk/nissan/1929/1034/2057/78/Browser.aspx (Not sure if this link will work) If these aren't right can someone point me in the right direction, please. Any help is much appreciated.
  11. I'll take the door inserts please, PM coming your way
  12. Got mine today. Thanks a lot
  13. Ordered a set in blue this morning Brilliant price
  14. Perfect, thanks a lot! Bargain too!
  15. My Zed didn't come with any locking wheel nuts so I thought it was about time I got some! Looking for some blue ones if anyone has any kicking around EDIT: Forgot to say, the wheels are SSW Stamford Omega's
  16. Elephant were the best for me, I'm 21 with 1 claim and 2 years NCB. Paying a little over £2,000!
  17. The last few days my alarm has been playing up (Clifford Concept 650 MK2) Pressing the lock/unlock button on the fob wont unlock the car, it doesn't happen all the time so I'm not sure if it's the battery in the fob or not. I had a look in the manual and it says if the battery in the fob is low then it chirps when you press the button. I have noticed that when pressing the unlock button on the fob the blue LED isn't as bright as when I press one of the other buttons. Sorry for the lame explanation but that's the only way I can describe it!
  18. Looks awesome mate! Will keep an eye out for you around Bristol if your ever about
  19. Cheers for the help everyone! I'll try 35 tomorrow and see how I get on
  20. Thank you for the reply. I had another proper look at the plate inside the door and it's definatley for the standard alloys. I'll try 35 all round and see how it feels. Thanks again
  21. I probably should have mentioned that I've had a look, sorry. Its all in Japanese so not much help. They're aftermarket alloys anyway so the plates on the car wouldn't be much use would they? Or am I being stupid
  22. I've had a quick search but can't find anything of much use. I'm wondering what sort of pressures I should be running, the roads round here are quite bumpy with a fair few pot holes so I don't really want to go too low! My tyres are Falken FK452 245/35/20 on the front and 275/30/20 on the rear. Thanks for any help
