Ah ok The last guide to this was done on the G35, but there the same, where both floats had accumilated dirt on the hinges, a clean with a cotton bud showed better fuel accuracy. You way seems a lot more thorough I have a spare O-ring so will be awaiting your guide. Thanks

and, what did you do ? Did you clean the hinge

Im going to be doing this tomorrow. So does is it default to drop 10mm, as the guide doesnt setup that at all, just top and lower limit ? May make a video guide I think.

Hopefully the battery doesnt die again, will charge it properly tonight I think. tomorrow the window. What should I do, spray it with break cleaner etc. This a good guide also ?

pretty sure the error code is 325, took a video just in case The window has been getting worse over time. Last night it went down fine but on the way up it went about half the speed and was groaning.

Hi All Ive had the car covered up in the barn for 10 weeks, out now....problem! I had to jump start the car, then drove the car about 15 miles last night. Everything fine no problems at all. Today I drove to the next village, got some work done, came back to the car and it started with the engine light on but then after I had reversed out of the bay the car wouldn't rev past 2000rpm. Got it to the side of the road and shut it off. Then started it up again and just kept at highish revs, it then normalised. So i guess its either my battery or alternator ? after the drive back I took the battery voltage: 12.22 off then 14.27 after I started the car again. NEXT: the passenger window has just stopped working, where can I get another window motor ? Guide at all ? Thanks guys Merry Christmas

I have exactly the same problem as you, its a bloody nightmare isnt it!! There a g35 guide to show how cleaning the fuel sensor stick pivot helps but you need to get two new seals. If you ever fix this then tell me please and I will do the same.

No no no, sorry dont think i wrote down anything wrong. Does the jap retractable lid come in a different colour ? I may be swapping my floppy lid for a retractable so wanted to know if its a colour match

Hi Got a few threads about issues with the car atmo When driving to work in the morning my engine has an extra weird noise running, a higher pitch moving/rotating noise that gets louder when accelerating. I think its the belt but figured I would ask on here first. The noise goes away after about 4 miles and I dont hear it when Im starting to drive back at the end of the day. Anyone heard of this problem before ? Cheers

Hi, Well thought I could live with my fuel gauge fluctuating but now its on empty red light the whole time with dte just flashing. Really annoying because am having to predict when Its going to run out. I have the 350z service manual also but under FL there is nothing on how to get to the fuel sensor in the car. How do i get to it etc ?
