  1. £150 a tyre is a bit optimistic IMHO. Welcome to the club.
  2. Morning All. I have had a new stock bumper put on my 350Z Roadster but thought that there should be rubber trim on the bottom of it. Is this an additional piece that doesn't come with the stock bumper, if so where is the best place to purchase this from please? How easy is it to fit a splitter to the bottom of the bumper? Cheers, DC.
  3. looks like my garage managed to source a brand new bumper, so all being well should be fitted before the weekend. Hope the weather is fine for then.
  4. BBK - what dashcam have you got?
  5. I managed to get a shot of most of the 350z in a row.
  6. ah ok. thanks for the reply. It appears that the OEM bumpers are difficult to find in the UK, so I was thinking of putting an AR on instead.
  7. Hi All. Japfest was amazing, I did make my way to where all you guys and gals were but there didn't seem to be anyone about, probably because it had started raining. Any who, I am looking to find out what a good replacement for the OEM front bumper would be for the 350Z using an aftermarket one. I've looked at some on fleabay, but feel that without getting the side skirts that the look would be odd. Any thoughts please? DC.
  8. 23,000 is seriously underestimating the amount of people being there - seems that this is just the amount of followers on Japfest FB page. lol.
  9. nice. so are members meeting anywhere or are you all in there as a club and so have your own stand?
  10. Ok so one more day to go before Japfest at Castle Combe, weather looking okay'ish, you aint gonna get a tan but there again you aint gonna end up looking like a drowned rat either. So what is the best time for Joe Public to get there, seeing that gates open at 09:30am? (coming from Bristol Town) I would love to meet up with any of you guys and gals that are going to be there so that I can put a name and face to a forum account, so where will y'all be? Really looking forward to this event, haven't been before so have high expectations, hopefully these wont be dashed. DC.
  11. Yep was hoping to drop the top on the way out there - might be lucky enough to do it on the way back to Bristol though. I hear 23,000 expected so far and the gates for us mere mortals open at 09:30am - sounds like parking will get messy.
  12. all very good advice that I will heed. Still need to find the time to give this a blast (not literally). I take it blasting the RAYS alloys will be fine as long as I stand well back?
  13. what's the best way to stop the bubbling from happening or is it just a fact of life?
  14. definitely be looking forward to see it there - shining in between the heavy showers that seem to be predicted - typical british weather.
  15. hing is I bet the owner doesn't even known what paint swirls are, so they are just glad to get it back gleaming, it's not until direct sunlight that they will see the swirls.
  16. Can't wait to see this car in all its glory at Japfest this weekend. Where will it be I wonder.
  17. +1 Cobra - better sound than the standard exhaust.
  18. I'll be voting for ya. I will also be at Japfest though my 350z isn't entered for anything.
  19. Hi. I'm keen to find out if there are any do's or dont's for cleaning my 350Z which is a Roadster with a pressure washer. I am concerned that the fabric roof could be damaged if not done correctly. Any advice will be gratefully received. Many Thanks, DC.
  20. woah doesn't seem to excessive - just run in at that mileage
  21. you didn't say how many miles the 350Z had done.
  22. how many miles on the car? seems strange for the BE to go on a 3.5L V6.
  23. had mine last weekend as well. passed after a number plate bulb was replaced. I do on average 10K per year, so not bad I thought. Well done on achieving another years worth of motoring.
