  1. Anyone getting "no mans sky"? I've been really unsure however I ordered over the weekend while a bit merry

I'm undecided, it looks quite good but not sure if it'll wear thin fairly quickly?

Not sure it needs a billion or so planets in it, it'll be interesting to see if there is enough variation between worlds and game play to make it fun.

  2. I think the depreciation will get better as you aren't driving it that much. The miles will eventually be lower than other cars similar age if you get what i mean?

It's not particularly low miles at the moment, my 06 is on 65k and have used it every day for 5 years. There are plenty lower out there too.

It does look like a nice clean car though so will sell easily

  3. I think the only thing that may get damaged is his reputation for gargling such verbal poop!

Or maybe the OP's car if he gets too carried away round roundabouts?

Seriously though, if its your first rear drive car just take it easy. Especially on the road, but have fun :)

  4. Yeah i never stay, i do trust my local garage though.

A few years ago i used to work on the same estate that a halfrauds was on, had a nail in my tyre so took my golf gti over there to get it repaired.

Look out the window an hour later seeing them rag it across the car park  . Just let it go as i was young at the time, would let them have it now though :boxing:

  5. Zed has been cheap for me... The exhaust did go and the banana arm bushes but ive had it 5 years and thats all. I dont count brakes, tyres etc. as they're consumables and will go on any car.

My Golf that i had before cost me a small fortune as the alternator, battery, top mounts, shocks, MAF sensor and countless head/ tail light bulbs went all within 2 years of ownership.

Some cars are good some are bad, everything with moving parts will break eventually i guess

  6. I've had mine for nearly 5 years and still enjoy driving it and look for excuses to drive everywhere. I was thinking of getting something else but I think its one of the the best looking/fastest/reliable cars for the money

  7. I'm enjoying it and think England have been OK, we'll definitely go through the groups. There's no team we need to be worried about playing which is nice, still think we'll choke in the finals though.

  8. That's the point... almost every single independant observer says we haven't got a cat in hells chance of getting similar trade agreements!

I don't think I've read that. There's certainly been plenty of speculation about what kind of trade deals we'd get. The most likely outcome seems to be something like Norway, which basically means free trade but have to abide by the rules of the EU, so like I said nothing much would change. It wouldn't make sense for the EU to refuse any kind of trade deal.

If you read the planning document by the Leave campaign you can see them leaning on the Canadian model not the Norway one tariff free on some markets but not in other like Finance. Interestingly though is that they are 'advising' the government on what to do, in actual fact the government could do anything it wants to do in terms of a trade model. Given our locality to Europe (unlike Canada) it is very likely I would think that movement of people would be in it.

I think they refer to the Canadian model more because of the point that I made regarding the Norwegian one - that it's basically the same as what we have in terms of the compromises that have to be made, except that we wouldn't get to vote on EU legislation, so for the purposes of the campaign it doesn't make sense. Once all is said and done though, I would imagine the Norway model would be the most likely outcome.

The problem is that Norway didn't join then choose to leave. As said above the EU will make it hard for us if we choose to leave because they don't want other countries to leave too. Can anyone make a good argument for leaving besides "it'll be fine" & "IMMIGRANTS!" because I haven't heard it yet?
