Ok, I might be up for this but would only stick around for 20-30mins if thats ok. Only problem is if its at the golf club I wont bring the zed because I'm sure there is terrible speed bumps.
I'm pretty sure it won't be too bad as the guy organising makes sure the venues are TVR friendly. I'll pm you when we arrive if speed bumps a problem.

Anyone else for this ?

is this someone on here ????
APRIL 10--After attending Easter Sunday church services, a randy Georgia couple repaired to the parking lot of a nearby Kroger supermarket and began having sex in a Nissan 350Z, police report.
The automotive assignation, however, was broken up when a cop on a “routine traffic patrol†noticed “ a silhouette of what appeared to be a female’s head bouncing up and down in the front part of the driver’s seat.†After exiting his cruiser, the cop approached the vehicle for further inspection, according to a Gwinnett County Police Department report.
As detailed by Officer Nermin Cultarevic, he spotted driver Jamel Grant, 26, “naked from the waist down to his knees and he had an erect penis, which was in the front passenger’s, Ms. Michel Felix Casas’s mouth.†Cultarevic added, “Moreover, Michel’s breasts were naked and Grant was touching them with his hands.â€
After Cultarevic knocked on the Nissan’s window, Grant and Felix Casas, 21, struggled to put their clothes on.
After Grant opened the driver’s side window at Cultarevic’s direction, the cop detected “a strong odor of both burnt and raw marijuana emanating†from the car. Asked what the couple was doing, Grant reported that they “were making out,â€adding that “he and Michel came to the location from church where they attended the Easter service.â€
The police report does not specify which church the pair purportedly attended, though it would have presumably offered a late night service, since Grant and Felix Casas were collared around midnight.
Pictured in the above mug shots, Grant and Felix Casas were arrested for public indecency and loitering and prowling. Grant was also hit with a possession charge after claiming ownership to a joint and a bag of pot found in the vehicle.

Ha ha the guy was not brightest at all. Remined me of the guy who attempted to rob ex footballer Duncan Ferguson when he appeared in court he looked like he had ran into a brick wall at speed several times
-
Nissan charged £465 plus vat to replace back box on mine 2 years ago - so scorpion or cobra might actually be a cheaper and better option than going OEM

Glasgow Fort sounds good

Can arrange other meet points on route if anyone else coming

I'm in the middle of spending between 2-3k sorting all the rust on the jag
Thats the big advantage of the TVRs - chassis rust can be sorted for £1000 to £3000 depending how bad and really thats it done, no more worries while with metal bodied cars you are continually chasing. Suppose you could have the bodyshell balsted and dipped but no idea how much that costs ?
is your gearbox tunnel ok ? A lot of XK8's go there and can be a pain to sort of not caught early

The speed 6 engines will all need a rebuild at some point but thats now coming with a 3 year warranty - some I know of have done 100,000 plus since a rebuild. The AJPs not so bad reliability wise but not cheap to rebuild if they do go pop
The servicing and spares on a cerb are expensive and the chassis will need a refurb at some point but this is somewhat offset with lack of depreciation and with the fibreglass body there is no need to worry about rust as you would with most 15 year old cars. Mate of mine has just spent mearly £3k sorting out the sills in his 944 turbo and now has to get front wings done as well !!
If you want a cheaper way into TVR go down the Griffin/Chimaera route, engines pretty reliable cheap to service and look after and deprecation free as well The Griffins especially are rising in value every year

Mine's here too, seriously impressed with this, definitely worth the money. If we can sort out making this £10 +p&p every month, I'm in for a year at least I reckon.
