  1. I like this a lot! Thanks! Insanely loud, Not hearing it for a couple of years I forgot how painful it was to listen to it!
  2. What? Had to, they were running like headless chicken to get the car ready for collection next day, while I was doing my engine bay, left there after midnight, Reece was still working on it, poor guy All the hard work paid off, as it got lots of attention at the Pod on Sunday.....Thank you
  3. Hi Wasso, yes she dropped me a message but my phone battery had died, Catch has mentioned you a couple of times. I haven't really been that active on here as I used to attend shows & meets with JPOC (Midlands based club) until I moved down South. Today was my first show in 2 years, and I loved my car getting some attention. Now I have the bug again, I'll probably showing my face a little more
  4. Thanks a lot for the likes guys! It's a pearlescent white, unfortunately the pictures don't do the effect justice, it's phenomenal in every light. I'm not sure what to call the colour, it was built up of layers of white and a pearlesent laquer finish that I chose from the paint suppliers. Thankfully Taras is very skilled, as he got the colour spot on with pretty much just my thoughts to go on.
  5. I had a full respray as the body work was in such a bad state it would have needed sorting before wrapping.
  6. Hi All, I haven't posted on here much as I have been a bit dormant from the show scene for a couple of years, but I'm finally happy to show off my baby again. So heres the story so far: Stock at my first show After a few mods at home: After a bad 2011 Winter So it was finally time to bite the bullet and start the journey to my dream Zed. Armed with the ideas of how she should look in my head and a lot of help from RT Performance, this is what I collected yesterday : Extremely happy with the colour, RT captured what I was after perfectly! And it looks even better in the flesh So just a few finishing touches to do: The wheels and door handles will be a different colour, this is currently the base. Door pillars currently being carbon dipped and the tints are going back on the rear lights. Discs & Pads to be fitted. I am hoping to get some new wheels but want to spend more time thinking about what will suit the colour and create the look I am after. So watch this space! Thanks for taking the time to look
  7. It was about 7:50am, I make the journey every Mon-Fri (Aldershot to Frimley) and never normally see them, so it made a nice change I'm going to RT performance, can't wait. Pictures will follow!
  8. This was a very bizarre experience Thursday morning experience I am lucky to see one 350z a month in my local area and then see three of the same colour on one roundabout! Myself in a very tatty/dirty looking black 350z Reg E13, heading from Farnborough to Frimley. A post 2005 very tidy/shiny looking 350z Reg E2!!, heading from Farnborough towards the A331, and then another black 350 coming onto the roundabout from the A331, I did not see the reg! So if any of these were you My shoddy looking 350 will not be shoddy for much longer! She’s heading to the bodyshop next month for a facelift and full makeover, so watch this space!

  10. Holy Cow!!! I havent got the patience! Definately getting a new unit, maybe this: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/alpine- ... 48edk3cr45 Just hoping the speaker fault is the unit, cos I dont want to get in volved with stripping the door card & wiring out.
  11. Hi All Just after a bit of advise.... I know the BOSE system is known for it's problems (my unit skips when cold) However I have now noticed my passengerside door speak doesn't work when a CD is playing but works when the radio is on. Just wondering whether somebody could confirm whether this will be a unit fault or the wiring to speaker? I will be replacing the unit any way, but will be gutted if I do all that and still have a fault thankyou in advance Stacey
  12. Fair play to you for attempting it yourself!!! Looks great! I tinted my rear lenses with vinyl and never attempting something so time consuming again!!! Looks fantastic..... What wrap did you use? Have had a few different opinions, everyone always thinks their product is more superior! So a bit baffled about who to use.
  13. Taddy: Am I not allowed to be in more than 1 club!?? I'm glad my car has been spotted & recognised , been feeling rather unappreciated I'm liking the term "Sprinkles" so much better than "Bird" haha
  14. Yes Lex, it was @ JTS! Liking the Red Cragus - very striking! Yes I used the foliatec stuff, not bad for the money, took a couple of coats and takes the heat well....
  15. Me likey! especially liking the price tag!
  16. That is a real sh*tter ......but it does give you an excuse for a full respray .....Thats how I would look at it an excuse to spend some hard earned cash and make the Z look fitter! I have thought about taking pictures of who I park next too in car parks just in case .....but that would make me really sad with a bad case of OCD
  17. I very rarely lie down next to my calipers!! So dont think there will be a problem with the colour of my top! Ewww no thats too much of a statement .... chrome or dark wheels are on my shopping list
  18. Ahh thanks guys, you all seem very friendly Glad people like my "touch of green" Suppose it could be a marmite thing "Love or Hate them"

  21. Hi everyone I'm Stacey currently living in Birmingham but hoping to relocate to Farnborough area some time this year. I have owned my Z since Oct 2008 and have loved every minute (except the paying the bills part! ). I have been a member of nisansportz.com but not spent alot of time on there. Spend most my time with jpoc.co.uk who are quite a diversed and lively bunch, being into all makes and models of Japanese cars. Thought i'd pop in and check you guys out as a couple of peeps I know are on the forum. It's also extremely useful to gain some knowledge when things go wrong! I have dabbled in a few mods, but shes skint me out with the necessary mechanicals! Heres her spec list: 2005 350z GT Kuro Black Alezan Leather Japspeed K2 Stainless exhaust JWT pop charger Denso Iridum Plugs Powergrid adjustable ARB links Exedy Stage 1 clutch with a redline clutch fluid mix Parts to be fitted: HEL braided hoses with an upgrade on the brake fluid Decat pipes (to be fitted) This years aim: Discs & pads all round (still havent decided on makes) Carbon Wrap door mirrors/handles Future aims: Wheels - Rota Torque Drift Body Kit Hope you like her i've kept everything simple, my aim is to achieve a stealthy look
