Chris, you're bang on the money there.... just heard back from my local Nissan dealer who's been looking into it and basically he's said it would be cheaper to trade the car for a new one!!! Apparently, the whole system would need replacing, as would much of the car's interior, and the cost would be well over 4 grand!! I'm still waiting to hear back from customer services, but I'm guessing I'll just have to count my losses on that one.

I got my 370z in October, and to be honest, although I love the car the sat nav's limited functionality has always been a bit of a grind. I've just been on the phone to Nissan Customer Services (01923 899334) to let off a bit of steam about the fact that these have already been updated and I was told that it is possible for the dealer to the replace old 2009 one with a new 2010 one, and they're looking into see if this can be done at a discount, because of my dissatisfaction!! I'll keep you posted on my progress.

No, I've never had a Zed before, but always fancied the 350. Unfortunately the rediculous amount of mileage that I do each year meant that I've always had to have something "sensible" and with a diesel engine However, last year I turned 35 and realised its now or never, so I bit the bullet and splashed out on a new 370. I think its pretty awesome, much nicer than the Mitsubishi FTO I had in my early 20s.... (I still have my diesel Astra which only gets used for work!!)

Hi everyone, I just joined yesterday and thought it would only be polite to say hello and introduce myself..... I'm Matt, from Leeds (don't hate me, I don't even like football...!!!), I'm a sports photographer (again, I don't like football.... but its a living!!), and I took delivery of my 370z back in October!! I had no idea that you guys existed until a fellow member kindly told me about you (thanks Chris'I), so now I'll be looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible and sharing opinions in the forums.....
