I also offer group meet/shoots to save on travelling costs but also its to friends and friends of friends and so on also :D (friends and friends of friends aren't subject to this sites discount though so they are and the normal price of £40+travel)

Haha the rangie was cheap as it needed a respray

The TVR was from when I was living at home care and mortgage free when I was 21.

Still  im 22 still at home and can just about manage the zed and an ibiza  sod trying to get a tvr insured , would love to have a tvr at some point in mylife.

  3. depends what type of company you want to set up, if its limited do it the way above, costs more to set up and takes a bit longer and you HAVE to produce accounts, otherwise set up as a partnership in which case you can do that pretty much now  as you dont have do do any forms or register anything other than set up a bank account iirc and away you go.

  4. Noticed this twice now when ever my z is left for a few days standing down the drive the brakes (all of them) appear to stick and takes a bit of force to move the car but once its moved and used a few times all the rubbish on the disks goes.

Question is am i breaking anything or damaging the brakes in anyway? (i leave the car down the drive with no handbrake on just in gear and with a brick behind the wheel).

Also noticed that on the passenger side (door side) the plastic trim under what would be the glove box on a normal car i noticed water was around it/coming from behind it anyone know where the water is coming from?

    Thanks

    Matt

  5. I will get the :#1: for asking the most stupid question no doubt.

but while cleaning the car the other day i noticed that the screw holding the mud flap type thing on the front passenger arch was missing, what type of screw do i need to refit it?

    Cheers

    Matt

I got a little remote helicopter for xmas and its awesome. Just charge it in the USB slot and its really accuate to fly. Not saying I'm good at flying it - just that if I was it would be accurate.

my housemate has a round one, it isnt entirely clear how you make it move anywhere, it just goes up and down. i think its meant to be weighted at one side so it tilts that way but between wildly spinning in circles, hittting the ceiling and smashing itself into the walls it doesnt really seem a precision instrument.

Yeah you get lots of diff small elec helicopters. Sounds like your mate got a cheapy one like I got last year with stop and go. One I've got now has got trim control and all sorts. It's brilliant and the cats scared shitless of it so I just chase it round the living room with it!

    Got it here

£35 well spent boys, take my word for it! ;)

My gf got me that for xmas and its amazing, im still cr*p at it though haha.

  7. Just wandering if anyone else does this or is intending to go for a random new year drive?

I intend to and ill probably take the camera with me in the aim of getting some pictures of the car as i only have phone pictures so far, although she will be filthy no doubt, havent even planned where im going yet so any ideas welcome  (from stoke on trent).

  8. what this man said although id go for the diesel fr over cupra just for fuel economy, plus you could always fit the cupra kit on to it (of if your lucky like my mum it came with it on already). only problem is it was terrible in the snow.

Diesel FR economy is not great, lucky if I get 40mpg which is pants for a Diesel, but then it's not any ordinary Diesel :ninja:

mums gets around 46-48 bit more on a run, get it mapped for more power and it'll improve mpg aswell (or well did/does on the ibiza).
