  1. Hey all could any of you shed some light on a subject, :drive1 are wheel spaces just for looks or do they improve the performance of your car? Before and after statistics if possible. Thanks

    Stats.

With spacers the width is wider.

Without spacers the width remains factory standard.

    Simples

  2. Canon, wouldn't buy from jessops, London camera exchange are good. Get one with the highest Mpixel you can, usually circa 18 mp. Also you need a full frame camera.

Lens, what you want to shoot? Landscape, macro portrait? A good glass will cost more than the camera, if going Canon route, look at the Red banded lens. These are the flagship lens. Entry level is the silver banded lens.

tamron lens is suitable for everyday stuff inc 2:1 macro shots. Basically a macro shot will be half size and not 1:1 scale.

    Tripod possibly.

Tamron, 18/300 lens is ok. Canon 18/55 lens quite restrictive IMO. Also apature on the lens is important, the smaller the f number the better results. Small f = wider opening, however best f number is between 8 & 13, in this area you don't get much vignette. ( a darkening around the outer edges of the picture)

Any more info, pm me

  3. Pffffff. I get circa 9 mpg round town in my 370........ But then.......I don't give a sh1t.........if your worried about mpg in a performance car.........sell it :snack:

That's because by the time you get to work it's still on "auto choke", do some bloody miles man :p;)

Can't afford to Graham, I only get 9 mpg....still that's 4.5 days to & from work, so all in all it only costs me 6ish quid to go to work nd back.

Anyway, I don't care what mpg I get I just earn shed loads now so :p

But you've worked it out that it costs £6.00 a week ;)

Yeah, and I earn 20£ per week, quids in mate..... :yahoo:
