i sooooo love this car, ive seen all your pics of her and everything you have done and cant stop thinking bout it!! take my zed, my FTO and my del sol?!?!?!!?!

but after seeing it- i love the exterior- its really really nice!!!!

however the interior is a real mess, hate it, basiclly i need a full new interior

also its high miles 90,000 i believe, so i am thinking i may be better off perhaps selling her and getting another on lower miles? and without an awful interior?!

but i will see! they want her with me at a few shows.. thats fine ... so ill have a while to think!

if i keep her ill have to sort interior, new seats and new steering wheels will help ALOT.. they're the worst bits, and i could get the cream leather all painted black??? but its the WHOLE interior is leathered in cookies in cream colours, and not very well

still... i cant moan !! i am really excited!!!!!

tue 16th march is the photoshoot with her, so ill get to drive her too ..i presume!

i have got pics...and im tempted believe me...

but ive already broken their trust and told you all...... wasnt even meant to let it out id won! still, kept it quiet for many months.... i think if i post pics id really be taking the p***

Well, now seen her all done... i can honestly say shes stunning! i was shocked, better than i thought she'd look! and my carbon bonnet will look awesome and go with the carbon boot etc

Will be longest 3 weeks ever, have the photoshoot on 16th march though.... so ill get to drive her before the show

shes leaving garage soon, photoshoot soon, and car show in few weeks, then she'll be alll mine!!! finally!

now to see when i get it! they are picking car up from garage next monday... checking the work... getting me a year free insurance, mot and tax... and the following week giving me the car and doing the photoshoot!

(i know i said it had mot- i was lied to the garage told me that ) doesnt surprise me !

soooo- i hope i can put up pics in 2 weeks ..or before xmas 2011 haha

i have a better feeling about this now, the communication last two days has finally been good.

Well im now getting better communication fro the mag.. however its just them saying the garage are now doing this and that...no date yet. And they told the garage it could all go legal and be a big mess and the garage almost laughed at that and said 'oh dont worry it wont get to that!' this has made me angry!! the garage are so lucky i have been so nice and a walk over all last year!

So im getting daily updates of what the garage are doing- if they seem to not be doing much ill demand it leaves that garage. But not much to do now. Its a real shame as the garage havnt done half of what they were meant to and it seem the mag are just dropping it it was meant to get a new interior and everything!!! it makes no sense why the mag arent going legal against the garage!!!! i know they are close working relations but seriously

Ill see what happens next few days, but im not accepting any more excuses or things taking too long now

Who`s paying the solicitors fees?

No fees! ...if i go ahead and take action however they will have to pay- no win no fee etc, they saw me free the first meet- and said i have a strong case...

but hoping it doesnt get to that!

Quick update- told mag i had seen a solicitor- which i have... and they were nice to me and said they will not deny its my car, or the mess! In the next two weeks they agreed what i asked- which was to go down the garage with the editor and all have a meeting to come up with an actual date they give me this car!! They have also said they will buy headlight- finally!! so- hopefully soon ill have the car!!! if not- they know the solicitor will act and tell the press... But i think since i mentioned i am serious now they have been alot nicer to me! we'll see

I know i dont count much as not coming in a zed haha, but may see you all tomorrow... i hope so, but am unsure as pulled my calf muscles v badly thurs and they still hurting

So...maybe see you tomorrow! if not, when i finally get my zed!

The small print says that you get it in 2012 though

i am seeing solicitor wed ........ so ill see what they say ........... they seem keen to run with this and help. Just took me so long to decide that road to take, coz i will be sad to go against them.... as i know its not their fault, shame i cant take action against garage!!

i know what i want from this now so i will try and get it!

Close it if you wish, but it wont make me feel welcome to post again ..i dont see ive done anything wrong. i genuinely expected my 350 before xmas...... so i joined, i had actually waited all year to join...and knew was no point without pics.... so, i waited..then i knew all i needed was a headlight, and i knew this was the place to ask.. i didnt want to come on and lie as a newbie- so i was honest and told you all my situation...as id be asked for pics of my zed etc....

Thought id be interesting for you all to know id won one, i didnt know this would carry on into jan! so, im sorry, but if ya fed up and bored then yeah just dont read it, or close it.

i am now taking action as they didnt ring me as promised today.

i now feel uneasy to post up what happens after you yawning ......

which is a shame, i dont have many people to tell about this, my close friends arent into cars and i have only told you lot the story! as i was trying to keep my promise to the mag and they obviously didnt want it out! .......

you've been good to talk to and get your opinions, as i did not know what to do.

the mag run show and shine comps i enjoy entering and i like seeing my cars in the mag..... have history with them so dont wana end that badly , will see what they do this week.........

I'd be bored of waiting by now, I'd take the solitors offer and let them all argue it amongest themselves - in court and in the press.

Well i am fussed coz i like getting my cars in their mag and i also like being with them at the shows ..... it would be a shame for me if they hated me! my friends dont go to car shows with me, so i rely on who i know at the shows to keep me company

i know im being really nice ..... too nice, but i dont just yet want to be at war with them, i believe they will threaten garage this week, if not- then i will ring solicitor back!
