i agree!!

go for 2006 oem.
PM ZMANALEX he has some in stock at a really good price.

The faster technology makes things the less time we seem to be prepared to wait. Its not going to get better.
Totally agree.

ace karting off the A5 has a good track, decent karts, good prices, they do a gp format thing which is a little odd but unsure about what else they offer
Stretton karting has a great track.
40 quid i think,
if the time suits them im up for it. quite new to the forum so would be nice to meet a few of you.

cars make all kinds of noises when they are cold.
especially ones that are as highly strung as ours.
it could be something simple like rust on brakes?
try checking all your levels and oil.
good luck with it

it feels like i have been banned looking forward to tomorrow
Thanks Pimm

I really don't think an owner/driver with 130k Zed miles should be labelled as a 'Z Hopeful'
350doc should be awarded his own title (and any others hitting this limit)...
eg.
Zed Journeyman
Miles of Zed
others ?

Thanks for all the help guys ....
I've had a go at polishing out the scratches and on closer inspection its clear that the chips have gone through the paint completely
on the plus side ... It's not thaaat visible and hasn't left any dents so I should be thankful for that ...
I don't really want to get the whole side painted again especially since I've only just had that side done a few months back ...
I think I'm gonna give the Chips Away guys a call and see what they can do about it ... Will keep you updated.
if they are not that bad id touch up with the kit from nissan,
i did a few on my car this weekend and its really good stuff!! the match is great!!

Penalty should be death imo
Totally agree

the first noise might be the common clicky axle noise. its caused by a dry cv joint.
the second noise sound like a noise i used to have in my van, it could be a clutch problem. the clutch plate had broken loose and was spoinning freely when not under pressure. it made a lound rattly noise and could be felt alot throught the gearstick. not a major problem regarding the car but it was just annoying and needed to be changed.

All, a few of us Midland members over the weekend have been talking about having a Christmas Meal evening (sorry Beavis), I’ve recently been inundated with venues all offering Christmas menus etc.
We’ve decided on Saturday 5th December, as all the weekends after were taken up with work parties and other commitments.
So at this stage it would be good to get some names down from anyone who would be interested, it’ll be a great time to catch up with friends, this isn’t limited to just members from the Midlands, it’s for all members.
So if you’re interested, please do post up…

I have these puppies.
they look good until they steam up!!
i've had loads of aftermarket lights but they always have the leakage problem.
i'd stick to OEM for quality.
just my 2 pence worth, look good though richierich!!

refresh my mind... difference between a GT and non GT... no leather heated seats, no upgraded alloys, no cruise and ... am i missing anything ?

try R35LEE.
tried him, called him and he kept saying he'll call me back.
that was a week ago!!!
gave up on him now!

I have these available Prash but Courier shipping would be £15.00 mate.
Nissan should be available to supply these next day on a VOR order and that would be your best bet.
They do not come with the hub assembly like the front
CS might be able to get them today so might be ok. if not i will give you a shout.
what's a VOR order? never heard of it.
-
Are you talking wheel bearings? Might just wish to confirm in case someone has just the thing
yes the wheel bearing required.
thanks for that bud

Cheers gunmetalzgt,
I've actually just ordered one of the above off ebay. I'll be gutted if i don't actually need it!!
Is this right if you still want to use the Bose amps and speakers?
which one? the PAC or the one i suggested?

The spacers make such a difference, when Mitz was sorting my brakes another Zed arrived in the same colour as mine and had the spacers fitted - makes the car look lower without knackering the handling. I'm sure the benefit is only cosmetic - can't imagine the slight difference in track will be noticable
JR
yeah i think that was me!!

Thanks CS i had a good time meeting everyone yesterday.
im pretty new to the Zed world so it was nice to see possible mods and also managed to get a JWT pop charger at a great price
Ill definately be there for the next one
