  1. I personally prefer the top one, anything 'cupping' the exhaust looks bizzare IMHO.

These diffusers that are for sale, just for looks or any actual affect ?

(I thought for them to be effective the car needs a flat/channeled undertray from front to rear?)

Its a combination of it all but in comparison the top one does very little compared to the bottom one.

so anyway. Aside from the the examples shown in the first post. has anyone looked into this?

Currently we have this universal one which can be made to fit the 350Z

But Im sure there are better looking and more specific ones for our cars.

Now that i would get, it looks functional? And looks good but not as garish as the first one you posted

  2. I like that, but what id like to see is the bottom pictures rear diffuser in combination with the chargespeed rear diffuser too, just to see what it'd look like

  3. People that say that steroids are cheating generally have ever used them or fully understand what they do.

Steroids are not cheating but merely a different way of training.

This is the reason they have natural competitions and then the likes of me Olympia.

The wall will be when I stop getting stronger and stop getting bigger.

That is very true, i would only use Steroids when im about to hit my peak to really push myself beyond it.

But as you say, you have to train harder and more intensely with a very strict diet to maximise the use out of it otherwise when you cycle off, it pretty much all falls off.

I've seen quite a few ppl think that dosing high amounts and going to the gym like they used to before cycling will be fine, they look great after 4 weeks, but it happens to be all water retention and they cycle off far to early and it just drops off them.

I'm currently just trying to shed body fat at the moment while doing my best to maintain muscle size and strength, it's gonna be hard but consistantly been dropping about a kilo of fat a week for the last 3 weeks with my diet and training. And haven't lost strength, in fact, strength has been increasing, so i'm all happy, all natural too.

  4. no it doesn't peel at all but I wouldn't use a jet wash on them, no u can't get gloss plasti dip that I have seen but I did think maybe if they were lacquered it would look better and the lacquer would just peel off along with the dip buy I have yet to test this theory

There's quite a few vids on youtube of using pressure washers on plastidip and even a vid of a plastidipped car going through a car wash without it peeling, can't vouch for any scratches afterwards tho.

  5. I don't think you did anything wrong, if you know how to deal with a road collision involving a pedestrian them by all means you should be rushing over there, but if you don't know how to deal with that why involve yourself when you can do nothing about it.

Clearly there were people already attending to him and all you would have done was stand there watching him. To him, in that situation would probably get him more agitated that everyone is crowding him. I was in a road accident when i was on my bike and while i was laying on the ground there were masses of people lining the pavement like i was some sort of amusement, i couldn't care less about them but people that have been in accidents aren't something people should be crowding around and staring to see what has happened with some morbid curiosity.

Every time i see an accident or someone who has been hurt and is on the floor i make sure to give a good look to see if they are being cared for, maybe even ask someone if the emergency services have been called and go on my merry way, there is nothing else i can do for them! Especially if they are being cared for by other people already, and it does make it harder for the ambulance crews to get to the accident too.

  6. I say cougars I mean 45+.

Age is just a number..... Are they tidy?

Not tidy in my opinion. Just old.

Does that matter, who looks at the mantlepiece when they are stoking the fire

Yes it does matter. Not looking for just sex.

Done it before for six months, nothing then either.

I can't say you've ever come across to me as a total gimp which is a very good start.......chances are a bit like a cv your profile is probably @*!# not because of who you are but how you've written it.

Post it up here and we'll reword it for you :snack:

Got all my mates (male & female) to check it out. They gave me hints and all liked the finished result.

My problem is that I'm not keen on Asian women and not many non Asian women like Asian guys. Most women appear to want someone Caucasian, black, Mediterranean or Latino.

I've found most women don't even think i look Asian, though when i look at myself i think i look completely Asian, im half Asian and half Caucasian. And like you, im not keen on Asian women.

Problem is, dating sites for me is a no go, problem of being on a 65,000 person island, lol there's no need for dating sites as everyone knows everyone!

  7. If you're going for the 19x9.5 on the the front, make sure you get +12 offset otherwise you ain't gonna clear the brembo's and like me have to shell out another 100 quid for 10mm spacers, when i could have easily just bought the +12 offset instead of the +22 offset!

The deepness of the dish doesn't look like it changes at all with the offsets only with the width of the wheel, and the offset only changes because the hub gets longer or shorter depending on the offset size.

Just wanted to warn ya so you don't have to shell out the cash like i did.

  8. got the same problem, thinking it might be because the standard shocks had a paper type gasket at the top to reduce clunks, since there is only two bolts holding the top I think there might be slight horizontal movement?

Also heard if you set them to max stiff for a short drive then soften them up this can stop any noise, mine is not loud or that frequent(stripped out rear so no sound deadening either) so haven't bothered yet.

But could also be my drop links as the car is old and bushes are worn!

Ah i see, i'll have a look at the top mounts of the OEM shocks too see what the differences are. That's what i was also thinking, that the there is a slight movement, which i don't think is a good thing long term.

I'll try that and see what happens about setting them to max stiffness and lessening them off, yeah mine isn't particularly loud nor does it happen all the time, it just doesn't sound right when it does happen.

I was thinking of buying some Eibach ARBs, bushings and droplinks, but if anyone has some more advice on this it would be greatly appreciated.
