  1. The GT1 RRP at £1650. As we only recently launch the GT1, it is on an intro offer at £1295 delivered. We will review the price in 2017, but that is where it stand at this moment in time. The GT1 is a whole new level... it is honestly astounding what precision engineering and vehicle dynamic engineers can do. You literally have to re-learn driving because the suspension start to do things that your mind cannot understand. When your mind expect to perform some steering correction and your car say "not needed", it just blow your mind. Generally speaking, the GT1 are design as a fast road & track suspension. They are comfortable on the road, and have enough damping adjustment to really stiffen things up for track use. But they are a good all rounder and do everything well. So in your case where you are looking for a fast road & track suspension, then no details are needed. We just need time to custom build them because the GT1 aren't off the shelf unit. We can also finance the GT1 with a 0% interests for 12 months. But we cannot do that along with the initial discount as that is quite bare bone already. So if you are interested, drop us an E-mail at info@meisterr.co.uk We can sort something out for you that are in between and fair. Jerrick
  2. If you are looking at KW V3 and are focus on performance and comfort, the MeisterR GT1 could be another candidate. The GT1 are custom build with CNC internal parts made in house at our workshop in Essex. They are all custom build using expertise from our technical partner Black Art Design. The GT1 is a easy to adjust 1-way adjustable system design to compete with the likes of Ohlins DFV. I have personally use it on my own 350Z also and it does give very good compliancy and response, far better than what I can put in words actually. They are responsive, but when you hit big and small bumps, the suspension absorb it very well. Driving down country road and hitting rough patches of road at the apex do not upset the car at all. It is an odd feeling as you expect the car to be upset by the bumps and made mental preparation for it, and the car just drive over it like it didn't exist. The suspension also got plenty of ride height adjustment available, which is always good to have. There is also an extended cable included, so that makes adjusting the rear damper much easier. How the car sit once installed. Road that I used for the test drive. Jerrick
  3. We are still offering 10% discount on MeisterR Zeta range of coilovers, includes 350Z and 370Z. Edwin
  4. Simply carry out the regular charging procedure in either your car or mains.
  5. UPDATE: Right we still don't have a date. However we had been tweeking the specifications to improve the overall package for this GB and future orders. This is the reason for the delay. We had the factory build production sets which just needed further changes to make them better. So apologies for the delay but it will be worth waiting for. I have an approximate waiting time of 9 weeks for when the shipment arrives in the UK docks. In light of this news and you guys having to wait longer than anticipating, we are going to put a pair of cables for free as a good will gesture. Thanks for understanding. Edwin
  6. Hi, I know Jerrick has made the order and is waiting for details on the shipping date. We will inform and update on here when we have details. Thanks for your patience. Edwin
  7. Yes we are still offering the forum member discount, unfortunately we are out of stock for now. Edwin
  8. Those who have watch this will know that this video was just a bit of a light hearted joke. However, it seems there might be some genuine interests in this topics. So if you guys want me to make an actual technical article on suspension adjustments, let me know and I'll pull something together. It will be longer than a minute and probably be a lot more boring. But if you are interested let me know. Jerrick
  9. A short video from MeisterR sponsored driver Michael Marshall (2013 British Drift Championship Champion) We ask him to explain how the MeisterR coilovers adjustments works in a simple and easy to understand way. A few shots of how the MeisterR GT1 are build, as well as his latest BMW E92 M3 drift car in action included. We hope this will be useful information for everyone. Enjoy… Jerrick
  10. Hi The offer closed on the 15th as per post "66". We are waiting for our confirmation of the shipment date. Then we will take payments from the people on the list. We estimate stock to be in about 12 weeks. Further details to follow as we get them. Edwin
  11. Okay, I will let this group buy run on for another 2 weeks, we will close this group buy on 15th of Feb. So if you are interested, get in now as you won't see this price again. Jerrick
  12. It will be quite a few weeks time, but I will be able to get a more solid idea next week as we are waiting for the production to get back to us. Jerrick
  13. Current List: 1. AdrianL - Z33 2. michael93 - Z33 3. GrahameJ - Z33 Fairladyz 4. ZedmanTID - Z33 Fairlady 5. gillywig2 - V35 7.Gstraw-370z ------------ New Stock ------------- 6. GARGOYLE - Z33 In terms of rust, I would highly recommend the ARC. Normal damper are coated, so they aren't bad, but some extra protection never hurt. The ARC is a lubricant that are design to bond to metal and form a 3 micron thick film to protect the metal. They don't dry up like WD40, and they don't solidify like grease. For £15, its pretty good insurance as a can of lithium grease would of been £5 at Halford. Anyone else want to join the list? Jerrick
  14. Okay everyone, got some good news and bad news. Bad new: upon a stock check today I actually only have 6 set. As GARGOYLE was last to confirm on the initial list, I think it is only fair we let the spot go to Gstraw. Unless there are anyone who are not in a rush and want to change spot. Good new: As this group buy was a bit more demanding then I imagine. What I will do is I will extended this deal a bit longer. We will get new stock in production right away, so there will be a bit of a wait. However, you get a 20% for patiently waiting so I think it is a fair deal. This will be open to both 350Z and 370Z. Jerrick
  15. Warranty is 1 year. The damping extension cable is £25. Jerrick
  16. Well, I got 7 set so I will do £599 for everyone. If you want to confirm then put your name on the list and the car: Confirm list: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Jerrick
  17. Okay guys, sorry for the late update as we just have been buried in back order since the new year. Now, I must confess, I read the stock list wrong and I actually only have that many kits. I happen to have 7 kit in stock. So if you are all interested then I will sort something out for everyone. Jerrick
  18. We have discontinued the Zeta-R because we felt that overall, the OEM design Zeta-S was a better design. Let me work out a stock take this mid week and I'll get something drawn up as there are plenty of interests. Jerrick
  19. The front shouldn't be a problem, the rear should be okay also. Not something I have come across before, but judging from the 350Z suspension design, it should give plenty of scope for ride height adjustments. Jerrick
  20. Okay guys, if interested put your name down, and for what car. Let will let this run to the new year, and we see what interests we have by then. I'll work something out. 1. Deano94 - Z33 2. AdrianL - Z33 3. Gumpy000 - Z33 Jerrick
  21. I will assume you mean BC racing. Dual Perch design, adjustable mono-tube dampers. In terms of specs, they look similar. But the biggest difference is the internal are different because we have our own specification. Many will find that the MeisterR ride nicer because of that difference, even on the same springs rate. Because we design our suspension to deal with uneven road surfaces that you get a lot in the UK. But of course, most of this are subjective feedback from owners, and everyone preference is different. The MeisterR are design as a good all rounder. It will deal with uneven UK road surfaces, and have the adjustment necessary for the occasional track days. Jerrick
  22. Just going through our end of year stock take and notice we have a few set of the 350Z / 370Z coilovers on the shelve. So I want to see if there are any interests to do a group buy on them. I am thinking of 15% to 20% off RRP depending on interests. RRP of £749 15% Off = £636.65 20% Off = £599.20 If you are interested depending on the price, put your name down. If there are enough interests, I will make an official group buy to get a deal to everyone. Jerrick
  23. Here is my take, and might be bias but I'll do best to justify my suggestion: 1. Good Coilovers First… (well, isn't that biased ) The reason for that is because you change the entire suspension setup that affect the overall vehicle dynamic of the car. Lets get a few basic done first: 1. Springs are design to hold the car up, and allow movement. 2. Damper are design to control the springs movement. I will get into why the above is important below. Lets use the Z33 for example... You use a lowering springs (which normally is a progressive springs with higher rate to protect the OEM dampers), and the ride stiffen a little bit due to the springs rate. However, as the springs are made with OEM dampers in mind, springs rate have to be lose to what the OEM damper can handle. What you are not getting is the control a performance damper will provide, so you don't get that sharp steering response a performance car likes to have. Now you add in a performance damper: Non-adjustable: These are normally design to work with OEM springs, so their damper style and force are limited. Adjustable: These are still design to work with OEM springs, so while it works it is still a compromise. So why did I say all the above? Because you can see how every parts are compromised in order to work with another parts A good coilovers can provide good steering response, good roll resistant, and an adjustment to allow user to set the ride quality to their preference because it is design together to work out of the box. We don't have to set a springs rate while wondering if the owners will buy an non-adjustable Bilstein damper or an adjustable Koni one, because we can design the damper to work with the springs too. That one change will mean you sort out most of the vehicle dynamic of the car, with adjustments for you to dial in what you want. Every car is different, every driver is different, so those adjustments are necessary to cater to what you want… For me, Anti-Roll Bar is a additional springs, it directly affect the wheel frequency (what springs control). I personally try to stay away from changing them unless deem necessary. In my experience, most driver install the coilovers and find no need for anti-roll bars after; but everyone is different. So that is my take. If I was going to spend money and try to "modify" the standard suspension to something I want. I might as well spend that money and buy a completely new setup that will allow me to make the adjustments needed to achieve what I want. It is actually a cheaper way to achieve the end result I want without trying a bunch of different parts out through trail and error, you will probably spend more on installation by the time you get to what you want. Jerrick
