Yep. The USDM nismo bumper has always just been a lower lip add on to the oem bumper Thanks for that Thats why i asked for a photo of just that part. How does this attach to the existing air dam.

So the front lip is just a lip to add to the existing front air dam to make it look like a one piece Nismo front bumper as in Sarnie's case? Am i right in thinking this?

I would put this down to some sort of system crash. Probably just best to keep an eye on it, if it happens again i would take it to the dealers to check out.

Welcome to the site Geordie. Most calipers i have ever dealt with use a 7mm allen key but not sure if this is the size used on the zed. Someone will be along shortly to confirm.
