  1. B@ll@x, Why do things like this always come up for sale just hours after I buy from elsewhere at a much higher price? Would have had it off you but unfortunately paid for one yesterday.
  2. +1 it's all driver perspective. For me living in a place predominately country lanes and B roads the Zed eats them for breakfast then asks what is for diner !!!!
  3. Welcome matey. I too came from FTO to Zed and absolutely love it...maybe a little different from u is that I have kept the FTO as a daily runner coz nothing has ever gone wrong in 5yrs of ownership. 2 great cars and if u get a zed you won't regret it...you get the same great big smile on yer face every time you get into it.
  4. Loving this motor, my second choice colour. The wheels are just so so cool, love em. Very tasteful mods going on. Well impressed on how good the Z can be looks wise. Well done. I'm jealous to the fact I havn't been as quick to add a few small but oh so perfect little mods my self, but I'm gonna be catching up soon.
  5. Maybe a stupid Q. but the last format had an easy link to the gallery...I can't find any link now. Where is the gallery ?
  6. Impressive place and great day had by the looks of it. I know Eurospec well and although I live in Lincoln and Manchester I have always travelled there with my FTO as Ben and the guys certainly know there stuff and would recommend them to anybody. Nice to see such a good torque curve for the Zed, hopefully shifted a few oppinions from the other performance owners.
  7. Hi Nathan, Welcome from another newbie. Are those pics taken on a military base/Air base? it's looks familiar. Nice coupe by the way, nearly got one myself when they were new. Budge
  8. Not sure on that...I can only guess that the car was already taxed and they screwed you for the £100 or so in the purchase price of the car. Could be wrong.
  9. Hello and welcome from another newbie. I'm lovin the line up...Need to see a pic now.
  10. yup loose the lights, arial and need lowering everything is otherwise ace. nice wheels. to the Zedland Thanks for the welcome everyone. The aerial was already on the cards to be changed and has now been done. My brother works as a salesman for Honda so managed to get a Type R stubbie for nowt The lights I might change when it starts to get warmer, for the moment though it ain't all that bad to be a little different. Might consider lowering later this year not sure how much room is left at the front with those wheels on but yep I think the back needs 20mm or so lower and besides that, where I am staying at present has a few too many large speed humps.
  11. Hee Hee, yeah I know what you mean, not too sure on em myself yet. I have the originals so might wait a while and see if they grow on me. Oh yeah forgot to mention I think the exhaust might have been changed aswel. Thanks for the welcome guys.
  12. Hi all, I'm Steve but people who now me call me Budge. I joined a few weeks ago while looking for my ideal Zed. Eventually found one and I'm oh so happy. I had test driven a few but to actually now own one is utterly amazing. I just want to go for a drive in it every second of the day. I only picked her yesterday afternoon so I have plenty of drive time to catch up on. I have added a few crappy pics so you can take a gander..What you see on her was there when I got her. Fox RS (not sure design name) Rims..Dealer reckons 20" but need to check. K&N 69 Series Typhoon air filter Nismo custom leather upholstery Clear rear light clusters 23k on clock All for a shade under £11,500 I hope to start adding a few bits myself to her soon, but for now I just want to enjoy the driving. Oh, and the FTO in the pics is also mine but please don't hold that against me. Budge
