wow this is a nice surprise i didnt realise my tax had been effected, £245 well happy with that.

JDM have holes behind the rear badge (nissan one) i dont think uk spec does though.

Ha ha, that was timed with the car on its jack and wheel off, to be fair the disc wasnt stuck on at all unlike the front right i did before it, that needed a bit of hammering . Quick time but the car doesnt stop anymore

Got my girlfriend to time me changing one corner, 18 mins is pretty good i thought for a first time. (well did the other corner first)........beat that.

Just swapped some leather seats into my car so wont be needing these, PM me an offer if interested. Im based in scotland in fife if you wanted to pick up. The seats are in very good condition with no rips or tears, i can send pics if anyone wants them.

thanks maccaman, iv got the harness and everything, really think its down to a setting on the head unit and was hoping someone would recognise the problem.

my cars a jap import and just had the standard head unit, the problem seems to be the sound not coming from the head unit through the speakers and to the rca instead.

its an after market kenwood z920dvd

I cant get sound through my speakers so plugged an i pod speaker into the red and white cables on the back of the stereo and got sound through that, does that mean my stereo is set up for an amp?

in the kick panel fuse box (right hand side of drivers footwell) does any one have a 15amp fuse 5th from the left on the top row? if so whats it for? The manual lists it yet its not in my fuse box thanks.

heres how my stereo wires look can anyone tell me which one is for speakers ect. the small plug is set : A-----B C D E F A=BLUE WIRE C=PINK WIRE D=GREEN WIRE E=BLACK WITH YELLOW STRIPE the larger plug is set : G H -----I J K L M N O P G=PINK WITH BLACK STRIPE (THIS IS IGNITION WIRE) H=RED WITH BLUE STRIPE I=BLUE WITH WHITE STRIPE J= BLACK WITH BLUE STRIPE K=NOT USED L=NOT USED M=WHITE WITH BLUE STRIPE (12V CONSTANT) N=GREEN WITH YELLOW STRIPE (COMES FROM A SEPERATE WIRE WITH THE ARIAL) O=BLACK WITH RED STRIPE P=BLACK WITH WHITE STRIPE

thanks mate but i still cant see which wire is ment to go where, this is turing into a bit of a nightmare.

does any one know for definate which wire is connected to the internal amp or has a wire diagram for the import zed cause im stuck. thanks.

dont think so mate it doesnt say bose any where on the head unit, someone has mentioned to me i may need to get 12v to the internal amp and that would cause the mute? what you think?

ok so iv got the kenwood dvd up and running but cannot get any sound through the speakers, not even static, if i plug the original back in everything works fine. My 350z is a standard jap import, do i need to attatch the amp turn on wire to anything or the power antena wire? im stumped. ????
