  1. It is a combination of the photo and the weave making the cut look untidy. i will drag my 350 out of the garage and take some close ups for you

No offence taken i would prefer people to point out their concerns so i can prove my products, as with anything i sell if in the unlikely event you arnt 100% delighted with your purchase i will give a re-fund

    Thanks coops

Cool, looking forward to seeing the pics

  2. Not wishing to be rude about your product but the cut out for the bonnet latch looks a bit rough. Looks a bit like it was cut by hand with a stanley knife. Same with the little cut out notch for the bonnet arm clip thingy. It could just be the photo's or it could even just be me, not sure  . Other than that they look great and a really good price too

  3. Exhaust and JWT won't give you any extra power without an ECU tune but the spacer should give you some extra mid range torque without a tune. Abbey or RS Tuning in Leeds are your best bet for ecu tuning. Not sure on abbey prices but I think RS are doing it for £400 +VAT

  4. Have to say im not a fan either.

Also greekman you track your car right (Very Hard) so why buy wheels that i believe are relatively heavy and need spacers, when you could of got some lighter ones that fitted correctly in the first place?

Anyhoo, look forward to the pictures...

Thats why i am keeping the rays m8...for 888s!! ;)

these ones were ordered with ps2s...should have them fitted by the end of the week! :yahoo:

Don't think you can get the 888's in the correct size for the Rays.

  5. I dont understand all the comments about the bridgestones being the worst tire in the world? Nissan and Bridgestone spend a fortune on R&D and although the tire probably isnt suited for the most extreme requirements is anyone here actually qualified to comment and say they are inferior tyres?

I know a chap who was one of the ride and handling test engineers when the z was being set up for uk roads and when he did some work on my car the other week he actualy commented and said it was good to see a z with some decent tires on still not the cheap ones people seem to throw on alot of the time

To be fair, I don't think the Bridgestone are actually a bad tyre, they are just not suited to every day driving in this climate. They are probably much better for track days in dry conditions as they perform much better with some heat in them. I have T1R's on they are much more suitable for everyday road driving, especially in the wet. The back end used to be much more twitchy in the wet with the Bridgestones. So I think it's a case of horses for courses. Slicks give the best grip but would be horrendous on the road and in the wet, doesn't mean they are a bad tyre, just that they need the right conditions to perform.

  6. How the hell do some of those cars get round corners? Some of them look so low that I don't see how the wheels can turn under the arches :headhurt: . Really don't like the stretched tyre look, just looks like they've fitted the wrong sized tyres :yuck:

    Love the beetle though :cloud9:

  7. I don't think they swap the direction of the blades for the opposite side of the car so the left side will point in a different direction to the right side of the car. Not necessarily a problem, just need to be aware of it.

I thought about it but noone can see all 4 wheels at the same time!!!! ;)

Fair enough, they're not to my taste but as long as you're happy with them

  8. Went to Westway Nissan Stockport a few months ago to make a warranty claim for two alloys which had the dreaded bubbling (only very small amount but it was there). Took a longer than I expected and had to chase them up a few times (so nothing unusual there) but I ended up getting all 4 alloys replaced! :D

I have noticed that they don't have the blue dots on them so I assume they must be refurbs. This doesn't really bother me as two of the wheels they replaced didn't have any corrosion and I had kerbed them a bit, so can't really complain.

Overall a bit of a result!
