Got my pedal today and just fitted it. A great little mod, highly recommended. Thanks for organising this

I can reccomend the HKS Racing Suction as a really nice induction kit. Not cheap, but looks and sound really cool. Have a look at mine here http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=27599

Pretty sure I paid £80 for fitting mine at a place in Manchester. That was on Brembo's too.
That price also included putting new fluid in if that helps

Yeah, I think I might give it a try. Like you say, for £40 why not!

Sorry if this is a thread hijack, but has anybody used these guys before?

Reasonable price and look pretty cool (quite fancy a blue one myself).

Interesting that the GT-R is already getting some tweaks. Wonder if it's as a result of user feedback?

Sorry if I'm being a bit thick, I assumed that as I paid through PayPal that Stichy would have the address details already (just like when you sell something on ebay and receive payment).
normaly yes, but because the funds were send as a gift to avoid the charges. there are no address
did you get my pm about the final payment?
Yes, I paid it to you on Sunday. Have you not received my payment?

i need peoples address
Is that for the first 10 that have arrived or for the next batch? If it's the first I'll PM you my address.

I can't see why these wouldn't come up with the same maybe better dyno results, my spacer is
bigger, and the plenum runs alot cooler than the stock metal one
Yeah I have to agree with that, can't see any reason why it wouldn't give at least the same sort of gains as a regular spacer.
I assume there wouldn't be any issue using it with the MREV2 lower collector would there? I have an MY06 engine so I'd need to use that in conjunction with the carbon plenum.
-
This is all looking rather excellent! I'm really looking forward to seeing some dyno results for this. Might have to seriously cosider one of these if it shows some comparable gains with a traditional spacer. Well done for coming up with something genuinely different and unique
-
I'd be interested in a single key pending pics and a confirmed price
-
Can you imagine the look on their faces if you took that to Nissan for a service

Husky, this is what your one sounds like...

Sweet Jesus! That sounds like hell being unleashed That is sex on wheels
-
That looks really sweet! Will you be doing any before and after testing on a dyno to check power gains?
-
Again, I dont want to put a damper on this as it looks great ( I cant see how different it would be for looks if you had your plenum wrapped though... there seems to be no apparent reason to buy one apart from looks as you would need some serious testing to show performance gains, but am interested in if there are any when its on)
Surely the gains would be the same as a standard plenum with a spacer wouldn't they?
-
Oh dear

Cool, looking forward to getting this

Plenty of companies around specialising in refurbing alloys, just have a search on google. I don't think they have to be powdercoated. I seem to remember seeing a picture of a collapsed GT4 wheel that had been powdercoated, not heard of any problems over here or with the regular rays alloys.

I guess that's the difference between a GT-R and other more expensive supercars. Most other supercars are exciting to drive at any speed, not just on the track.
His comments about not really being impressed by other high performance cars was quite interesting. I get the impression it's been designed as more as a physics experiment than a great overall car that excites you.
Having said that, for what it is, I still think it's very impressive and hugely fast in the right environment.
-
Makes you realise that you really do need to get it on a track to exploit a car like that.
Not another hellish white import for £20K
