  7. Any Feedback yet? Sounds very interesting. Looking forward to what the results are
  8. I upgraded to stainless & got my old exhaust in garage. It's a bit worse for wear on the join between the center pipe & backbox, plus I don't have the nuts or bolts. But other than that its not too bad. Y-Pipe is all good & no holes in the whole exhaust just needs that one join sorting out a bit. Collection from Verwood, Dorset BH31*** area. See Pics below: Below showing the bad join: Wanting £50 ono Collection only PM me thanks
  9. This Milltek cat back system still has the Y pipe after the cats then going into the 3" diameter centre pipe & finally into the huge but lighter than std Back box. No drones on motorways. Sounds the same as the standard system but with just a little more grunt when you boot it. This exhaust also seems to rev a bit more freely up the rev range than the std.
  10. MJP got back to me lately. Good price too. Looks like will order from them very shortly
  11. I am looking to replace my clutch very soon. Nissan just quoted me £293.58 for clutch, Plate & bearing or £675 if want all that fitted. I have someone to do my clutch now but need to buy the parts. Think I'll go OEM route as they last quite a while & heard no real bad things about them. Anyone know where I can get a New OEM clutch for a better price? Thanks, Mike
  12. I even followed you today after work about 5:45pm. Flashed main beam at you & you put the hazards on back. Anyone on here.....
  13. Saw it parked by the main roundabout in Ringwood Today. Seen it around Ringwood quite a few times.
  14. I'd be up for going to it if all goes ahead. Long way off yet. I only live in Verwood, Dorset.
  15. Finally lol. You don't look on here often do you I only got my car in september so we are both newbies! If I see you parked anywhere I will have a nose & say hello Nice to see someone so local with another 350z.
  16. Hey, see a Black 350z nearly every day now on the Ringwood road parked up in the Drive where you must live. Number plate starts FY07 ***. Are you a member on here???
  17. When I bought the car in Sept 08 the car had the Parrot bluetooth system already in it working & connected to the Bose. So instead of taking that I just left it in. I have searched for other bluetooth devises in the car & only the Parrot comes up. So just kept that.
  18. Unless you get a piggy-back ECU then you can do the mods get her re-mapped & all is better.........
  19. I do know this but there definately is a difference so must have been due to my old standard exhaust being so coked up with crap inside.
  20. I'd say the sound is barely noticable at low or high revs. Very similar in loudness to the standard. But as the exhaust is bigger bore 76mm than the standard 60mm the car has more power than std at higher revs. But also seems just as torquey if not a bit more. Think my old exhaust was coked up a lot.
  21. I bought the custom sub box from eBay by luck that I found it because I was going to import one from the US. I find the Bose speakers sound alot better with the new headunit. New speakers would obviously sound better but for new speakers you cannot use the Bose amp as it works on 2 ohms whereas normal speakers are 4ohms. So would mean running new speaker cable from headunit or another amp. A lot of hassle. I didn't bother doing the steering wheel adaptor due to expensive & didn't really use it on the Bose system. But can be done.
  22. It is quiet especially as I still got the standard cats on. But sounds better than the standard Nissan exhaust. I just sorted out my stereo so didn't want a loud exhaust anyway. Been there done that. I will try & post a video in a few weeks for the sound.
  23. Here are the photos.................. BEFORE: STD EXHAUST MILLTEK SPORT 350z CATBACK SYSTEM
  24. You should only need the PAC ROEM-NIS2, 1m of extra earth cable, either heat shrink (to cover the soldering) or red bullet plugs (Male & female), Facia adapter & whatever headunit you wish. Then you need to connect the new headunits cable harness to the open ended wires on the PAC. I put an ISO plug on my PAC then the Kenwood cable harness just clicked straight in. cable order = Bose - PAC ROEM-NIS2 - ISO Plug - Kenwood
