  1. Loads of bracings depending on how much you want to spend. Have a look at gt speck website. Zmanalex also will be able to help you and so will the search button on the top right. My datsun has got the full range from gt spec (front, middle, 2 rear and fender bracings) plus a tanabe between the front and middle section. :)

Also uprated anti roll bars and good coilovers will stiffen your datsun up a lot!

  2. Unemployment rises, businesses go bust, life is getting more expensive, bureaucracy is becoming mind blowing, education is almost non existent and family values are well and truly gone. Yes the biggest problem we had is dead. Well done. Then through Syria let's target Iran or even better let's kill them all. Sorry for being cynical...it may eventually be good for the lybians but British aerospace in brough won't re-employ the 900 people made redundant not long ago now that general gaddafi is dead. :surrender:

On another note it's a good time to buy guns in the black market as all the ammo we (us and allies) sold to the rebels will be sold for money. Even the rebels need to feed themselves and families ;)

  3. If I recall correctly, its the '07 onwards HR model that has the slave cylinder concentric to the gearbox input shaft, in place of the thrust bearing. You've got to remove the gearbox to change that one.

I think on yours you'll be okay as Keyser said - have a quick look for it undeneath and you'll know for sure!

    Correct

  4. Just a quick update guys.

Been running the pilot supersports for quite a while now a over 4k miles.

If you want the best look no further. A class above anything else and very hard wearing. Almost as hard wearing as the 040 stones. I know they are twice the price of an average brand like toyos but as I said..... For the best look no further.

Ps very strong on pot holes too although the side walls are very soft and probably better to be run at 36-37 psi for more accurate steering. :)

    Sizes 245/35/19 f. 275/35/19 r.

  5. Whatever your heart says mate. If you are truly in love you ll do it anyway. Don't know who you are talking about but falling in love is the greatest feeling ever!

What will happen in the future nobody knows....we can talk about statistics ;) But there is never a 100% possibility so no matter what it may work :)

  6. Just to get my head round it....you are saying that even with the esp off the car went on limp mode??

Esp interferes true but it shouldnt once off

Ps I agree that everybody has a different opinion....but some things are for a fact. Pilot supersports are a league better than ps2s, which are about the same if not a touch better than the 050As. Toyos are with the rest. All that for your 313 350z and for 18 or 19 inch rims and for the manufacturers specifications. That's a fact....now if you got a car designed for specific tyre sizes and you wanna fit it with bicycle wheels let's say to make it look cooler then we need to look into it a bit more and apologies if there isn't that much experience around

  7. PF01, no contest. If you can stretch to it, the PF stuff is absolutely top-notch are is seriously worth the extra cash.

Esp when paired with the disks no need for stop tech upgrades....just fantastic! Seat belt marks and everything ;)

But be prepared for a good bill. Plus the disks and pads will need replacing at the same time as The PF01s and very hard on the disks.

  8. Thank you Vicky and the rest of the forum for the birthday wishes and your nice comments :teeth:

It was a memorable bday for me, the rest of the party attendants and unfortunately the neighbors ;)

After 2 days still recovering as we put the candles the wrong way round on the cake and partied as if it was my 23rd and not my 32nd bday

    Ps.....(for messie beavis)...gravity eventually wins....but not yet ;):p

  9. A customer of mine is a traffic officer and we were discussing this the other day.

Apparently there is a bit of a crack down on number plates due to the olympics, security and all.

Absolute crap. They spin this "its for security" line all the time like we havent got brains.

Of course criminals wanting to hide themselves will be doing things like removing their front number plates, mis spacing plates etc. Yeah sure... Thats what these criminals do to hide, all the stuff that gets you pulled over.....

Its to get the stats on crimes detected/resolved up and thats all. "Security" my left nut.

+1 any excuse for quick revenue.

  10. I'd advise against using any high flow cats or test pipes with the NISMO, as the NISMO Y pipe is well known to split when mated together with anything aftermarket. We've been lucky over the years in that it's only happened in isolated cases for us, but it's well documented all over the world with every brand cat out there

DE exhausts fit HR's as well. HR Y pipe and DE Y pipes (both stock and aftermarket) are interchangeable. HR headers and HR cats/test pipes are HR exclusive, though some (not all) DE header/test pipe combos fit HR's as well (with some minor modding)

Still to have an issue Adam and I am sure Neil is referring to me haha

I am using Berks sourced from you and nismo exhaust for about 2 years and 20k miles with a fair few track days and lots of unrestricted autobahn runs! :teeth:

Car tuned to 340bhp on the fly too.
