Does anyone with the 296bhp engine (rev up) find that they use a fair bit of oil. I estimate that i've used 0.3 - 0.4 ltrs in 3000miles.

the toyo's are alot quieter than the stones aswell

great meet guys and was nice to meet you all. couldn't believe how dirty the car was when i got back so had to clean it again. Great little convoy down the motorway. shame about the average speed cams tho.

was thinking of coming but its 85 miles for me and the route planner reckons nearly 2hrs

My extended warranty was bought through nissan when i purchased the car but i think it may be through the RAC

Anyone no where to get the ducting/ hose covers from. i called envy last week for a price and how much i would need to cover all the other black cable ducts but they never got back to me. I've been looking on the net and on flebay but cant really find much.

Cleaned the engine bay at the weekend. was a bit of a pussy really and just used a sponge and a watering can then left the engine running whilst i cleaned the rest of the car so it could dry.

Fitted my cooling pannel as well so thanks to mark i am completly carboned up.

What do people use to clean their engine bays. I've got loads of shinney bits of carbon now but theres a fair bit of dust and dirt around the place.

Whats the best way to start obviously i dont wanna go in with the pressure washer just wondered how other people did it.

will this work on a 56 plate with a bose?

When cleaning the car yesterday i noticed that the paint is starting to bubble in places on the rays. Whats the chance of these getting replaced under warranty? Its a 56plate registered at the end of september with an extra years warranty bought so its got just under 2 years remaining?

Maximuscle cyclones good. I've tried mixing different things such as EAS massfactor and creatine and all different ones. Maximuscle is expensive stuff but for gaining size and stregnth i dont think you can beat it. I used to train everyday at uni and my house mate was under 23 british bench press champion and he didnt really rate it untill i persuaded him to start using it and i dont think he touches much else now.

I go maximucle cyclone for 4 or 5 weeks and then swap to maximuscle promax for a couple of weeks to give my body a break from the creatine.

If you want to increase the intensity of your workout there are loads of No2 stuff out there like tri-matrix and pump up or even maxipower and this will help train harder and i found lift heavier weights

The problems with the bose systems skipping comes from the head unit and it appears this has been removed and replaced by the Alpine double din.

As for the cd changer this is integral to the bose headunit as you just feed the cd's into it and as i mentioned earlier appears to be replaced with the alpine double din.

With an install like this its hard to work out what Bose stereo is left as if the bose amp is being used it would be to power the standard component speakers and i would have thought that these would have been upgraded with the money that has been spent on the subs, amp and headunit.

Was going to take my mums Range rover sport. Bloody suspension packed up on saturday and the front is on access height and the rear is stuck in 4x4 so it looks like a dragster with the front spoiler dragging. Waiting for land rover to tow it to the garage. Just couldn't believe its happened when it has. Bloody typical
