Hey fellow Zers

Over speed bumps at low speeds I have a clunk clunk from front LHS, a few garages seem unsure so I was wondering is there any definitive way to find the knock because it's expensive to get it worong, I have seen MOT centres with the rumble jacks maybe these? And if I leave it to get worse could this make it easier for a garage to spot?

It's hard to say without hearing it but I had a clunking/rattling noise recently when going over speed bumps. Replaced front shocks which cured it

Chris,

More than likely it will be the compression rod ball joint (banana arm) so this would be a very good place to start, however difficult to find play with a pry bar.

Plenty in stock if required, just drop me a PM if I can help further.

Alex. :)

I had the same problem but drivers side.

This is what i found when i took the dust cover off my old banana arm ball joint .

Sounded just like this when it was on the car too.
