chips Posted May 16, 2015 Share Posted May 16, 2015 I was looking at getting an Ecutek, on the 370z just to go for something different plus it has a few extra features. So I spoke to Abbey tuning. What I got out of it: Ecutek cost roughly over 25% more. ECU map wise the Uprev offers the same. Ecutek offers flat foot shifing and launch control features. For that, you'll need to spend around 1K on an uprated clutch(parts and labour) to deal with the forces. For track or drag racing and in a more powerful car I'd need this but for the Z power output and being road car use I've decided against.
