can you get an abs sensor or wheel bearing under warranty?

quick way to find out, ring a dealer

called them and getting usual response from them all. "bring the car in and we will have a look"

 

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem (as I think they have) and what happened with regards to warranty

Most problems I've heard of with these is usually wear and tear, hence the answer to your question being no unless it was defective

will wear and tear really be the issue. The car is only 2.5 years old with 33 000 miles on this has mainly be motorway driving.

 

My previous modded saxo ended up doing 160 000 miles and i had no problems of this sory!

ABS Sensor and Wheel Bearing should both be under warranty unless there are "exceptional circumstances".

I had an ABS sensor replaced under warranty. I cooked it coming down a mountain pass in Austria (best drive ever so far!)

 

What problem are you having? When the sensor went, the car decided to turn off ABS and ESP leaving me with lots of warning lights on.

feel a little more calm after the last two response...and yes I did suddenly get my dashboard light up like a christmas tree with my traction control systems suddenly not working
