Does my UK 2005 DE have HID lights?

sorry but Im a right noob at things like this. Has my car got these as standard. Its a UK car. As i cannot see any ballasts or what ever they are (the boxes) i cant tell just by looking at the lights as Ive never had a car with them on before. When I put the lights on they kinda flick and go brighter on start up (of the lights not engine). Albeit not very whitish blue.

Yes, all UK cars have Xenon lights
