sinbad
hey miss, All i can think off is to take the fuse out for the radio. It should sort it out by wiping its memory, only problem is you'll have to re-tune your stations in again. Chris

stevie_350z
Is it a UK car? I just make sure PTY and TA are off and it's all good - you saying that even with PTY off (ie. there is no PTY shown on display) it still does the news? sinbad
I dont know for sure, try your manual first. It could be in the fuse box next to your battery. If you unclip the lid it should have a diagram on the back. Or it could be in the fusebox thats near the passenger/drivers footwell, again it should have a diagram on the back of the lid. Don't quote me on that because im not 100% sure, but it maybe worth a look. Unfortunately i dont have a zed anymore or else id check. guide here i found. http://www.cliffshade.com/350zr/350Z_guide-2004.pdf Click on: Table of contents, No.8, fuses. I was clever enough to try that first they all say there off, yet it still keeps interupting
AndyC
Switch it off! You won't be listening to it much anyway soon Seriously though, am at work at the mo but will check the manual when I'm home. If I'm feeling really nice I may even walk home at lunch for you
