Mudman Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 Morning All One of the downsides of my recent service was an observation I probably have a slightly loose baffle in the back-box. The mechanic said the exhaust is in good condition from the outside and its only noticeable when you pull away a a slight metallic rattle. It's not blowing at all. He said there were 3 fixes - ( He is an honest guy a not looking for a sale !) 1. Replace the back box ( its a Fujitsubo Legalis so may be pricey) 2. Cut open - secure and weld close 3.
