Front Bumper trim

The two bolts hold the wheel arch liner inside the front bumper. There is no trim piece missing from that area. If you had something there before it was aftermarket.

If you're taking a closer look because you've just had your bumper done, which is reasonable, it may look like something should be attached there, but I can assure you it is standard, they just fix the liners inside. You can see everything that should be there, including the two bolts, on KyleR's underside photo.

Looked on the big picture you posted and can't see any blade.

99.5% sure they're were there before the work was done, I also couldn't see those 2 bolts before the work was done. Perhaps it's because they've sprayed them silver that they show up more or something. I don't know.
